I hate stretching and usually always skip out during workouts but I love these set guided stretching workouts. Thank you Sydney for the amazing workouts you have created.
Doing this stretch helped me fix what chiropractors couldn't. I think lately i've been stretching more than exercising and i finally feel great. Thank you so much, Sydney!!
Thank you for a great practice. This one was good to have a bunch of blocks and a yoga strap around. I really appreciated the camel pose you added; one of my favorite yoga poses.
Oh my goodness! I’ve been dealing with a bit of a knot and stiff neck. I sit at a computer desk all day and created this issue. Today I did this stretch and I am now 95% better. You are the best. I been doing your workouts (day 34 of Summertime Fine) and today I’m joining the Sydney Squad. Thank You 🙏💞

STF 2024 Stretch 16 ✅ I.Could.Not.Wait!! to get my daily stretch in today. Just got home late this evening from four hour round trip car ride for an hour dr appt for our son & this stretch was SO NEEDED and felt GREAT 🎉

Sydney, this is one of my favorite of your stretch routines ... I have a torn labrum and torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder and appreciate all of the stretching in that area I can get. I will be coming back to this one frequently! Thanks for this and all of the other workouts you share with us!!
Agree with so many. Really pushed the upper body 2 days ago. This was a pleasure considering how right my upper body felt. Lets be honest though. Sydney says upper body, but you know you are working everything at some point in the workout. LOL Which I love.
