I love all of the hamstring, glute, hip, and low back stretches - while they always feel good, they're especially helpful while pregnant! I'm talking life changing: by just doing one of your stretches it alleviates so many pregnancy discomforts. Only challenge now is a big ol' belly in the way of bending lol

I feel the same way. A trainer once let me borrow a vibrating roller and vibrating ball (the better of the two) and it was SO great. They are similar to foam rollers or rolling balls but they have a battery and vibrate. Lie face down, put the ball (vibrating or not) under you, at one hip flexor with that leg bent to where it's comfortable, and then just TRY to relax on it. After a while you can feel your entire posterior chair relaxing from that starting point. Switch to the other leg after you can't go any more. It's spectacular. A tennis ball would work, too, if you have that at home.
