I love your stretches they are unique and are better than most stretches I’ve found are repetitive. Some of yours are but there is always something new. I’m excited to stretch with you every day! I felt a tension headache coming on and knew I had a lot of tightness in my neck and upper back...this helped so much! I could feel the gentle release of my muscles throughout. :) Thank you!
Great stretch 👌 my neck feels good. I release a lot tension in upper back and neck 😊 i like the leg move with head tilted to the side open the side of neck and back shoulder stretch. It felt really good. I plan to do this stretch whenever I have bad stress tension in my neck and upper back 😊
Wow! I feel so much better! I did the tight hamstring and low back stretch right after this one too because Im so sore from Friday's leg day and also my back is learning how to handle the increased weight(yay I found a pair of 25 lb dumbbells and I can lift them!). Thanks so much for these GREAT stretches
Hey, Sydney! I love these workouts and stretches. I do have poor circulation, and sitting in one spot can be kind of uncomfortable since my feet fall asleep. I was feeling kinda uncomfortable at the beginning because of that! I'd love if we could move around more in future stretches.
