There were a lot of direct-to-dvd Disney sequels released in the 1990s, and people commonly talk about the worst Disney sequels, let's review the best Disney sequels, the Aladdin sequels! My name is Emery, and in this video essay / movie review / movie commentary / movie analysis, I'll be talking about Aladdin facts and Aladdin songs from both Disney sequel Aladdin movies. This isn't an Aladdin theory video, or an Aladdin inconsistencies video, or an Aladdin weird facts video, but more comparable to Disney sequels ranked, but we'll only be talking about the Aladdin sequels! - Розваги

@@BenOverIt 6:32: I'm glad you addressed the *Elephant* in the Room (get it? Because Abu was an Elephant at one point), as Aladdin is adapting to his new lifestyle; getting perks for being connected to royalty, having the necessity to aid his friends to prevent further damage, and so on; although you forgot to mention that Iago told Jasmine that if he never saved Aladdin's life, Aladdin wouldn't have given Iago a chance, which made her and Aladdin reconcile afterwards, before Jafar interfered. While these sequels do serve as bookends to a TV Series, the Disney Aladdin canon is rather interesting if you were to see something other than the theatrical film. Heck, I like the Lion King 1 1/2, but not the Lion King 2, so maybe there's some merit to expanding on characters without having to detract from what made these characters special.
My new favorite UA-camr, he actually has his own opinions instead of other commentary UA-camrs with opinions that everyone else says they have like new family guy bad or spin offs bad or some other things like that where they don’t even watch the show

9:49: It's a metaphor; usually characterized as a symbol of approval; like it's the boss behind what it dictates; the pinky one before the thumb ("Men cower at the power in my pinky") is a bit of a stretch, though.

@@BenOverIt I recall he played Earthworm Jim. Here's a fun fact: Dan Castellaneta as both Genie and EWJ had to cry about a specific moment. When he was the Genie in the TV Series, there was an episode where there's a moment in which the Genie had to cry at the Bambi's Mom scene to save a village by dousing the fire with his tears. In an episode of Earthworm Jim, called "Queen What's Her Name", Jim cries about Princess WHN's backstory and said "It's the saddest story since Bambi". Something tells me Dan gets emotional about that film.

Liked and Subscribed. If I can make one honest comment for improvement, I could do without the bad language and beeps. Once or twice is ok but when it’s constant bad language and beeps, it becomes a bit annoying.
Fun fact: The peddler from Aladdin reappears to finish King of Thieves to signify that he told the story of Aladdin, Return of Jafar, the series and King of Thieves. That sure was a long story.
Aladdin also appeared in the Hercules TV series episode “Hercules and the Arabian Night”. In it, Jafar is resurrected by Hades for one last shot at revenge against Aladdin.
