One of my non negotiables was kids. My now husband never wanted to be married or have kids. I told him I was ok with never being married BUT NO BABIES WE MIGHT AS WELL BREAK UP NOW! Long story short we've been together 7yrs, our 3 yr wedding anniversary is in October, the baby turned 1 in May, my new car runs great and my home is humble and beautiful. 😏

Nope nope nope to open relationships… sitting in church wondering if someone’s been with my man!!! Hell nah!!! A must for me is public affection. An absolute NO is verbal abuse; I’ll punch a man in the mouth!

4 chickens,

1 dog.
My wife works &
I am a caregiver to my 19 yr old disabled son but
because I’m a stay at home man I get so much hate.
We work it out this way. I did work until son was born.

in regards to sharing location...I think because I'm single, I don't necessarily care. Like, when I'm going out with someone, I share my location with the world, because if something happens to me, I don't want to be missing for too long. Would that mindset change if/when I'm in a relationship? I don't know, but I don't have anything to hide. If I'm with a group of friends and we start at one location and by the end of the day we're at another location, chances are I'm already blowing up your phone throughout the day letting you know that my plans have changed.
This habit goes back to when I was a teen/in my early 20s and still living at home. I would let my parents know where I was at because it's the right thing to do...even if their response made it seem like they didn't care (and let me tell you, that pissed me off)
I would have to say my nonnegotiable is kinky or willing to try new things. I get bored to easily😂😂😂

I feel ya girl, I was single for 7 years then met this guy and we dated for 2 months and he said he didn’t want to put in a relationship on his social media bc he is a musician and didn’t want to loose female followers like he had in the past but was ok for me to post things on mine about us just nothing on his. Come to find out at our 2 month mark he broke up w me saying it was bc he didn’t have time for a gf bc of his music all the while he had been cheating on me w someone young enough to be his daughter 🤮and then proceeded to tell everyone we had one date and that was all. That woke me up to why he wanted to keep me his dirty lil secret. So he could be on the prowl for someone else. If a guy can’t let the world know I’m his and that he is proud of that then that’s a non negotiable for me.
Communication...you have to be able to talk about anything, no cheating, trust/loyalty...you can't be a liar, good hygiene, gotta have a job. My man and I have been together 11 yrs in July and we were both married before young and swore never again we have 2 boys together and life is great, its not always sunshine and roses but compared to our past relationships it is lol
Non negotiable. He has to have his own place to live.
