Luckily, I also go to a functional medicine practice, and both of those doctors are up to date on the more recent studies and offer HRT, the compounded form. Okay! As long as it’s bioidentical estradiol, from what I’m hearing, they can actually be protective against cancer. There’s a lot of new research out there, and so many are talking about it here on UA-cam. I’m trying to look at what all sides are saying-still on the fence, but I’m really leaning towards bioidentical prescription strength hormones. It really seems the advantages far outweigh the non, and I was like Maria and was very against them for a while! Good luck to all of us on this journey! 😅❤️
