I dont think the end use here qualifies as "under load" in the context of your warning. It not like they are spinning at anywhere near usual bearing speed. And not close under usual pressure.

As for the build, the key here is not to put to many spot welds and the small ones he does would not compromise the integrity of the bearing for this application as long as they are minimum amount of weeks needed and fast. This is honestly a fantastic way to recycle parts I do it all the time in my shop he'll I'm still using my grandfather's shop Smith all in one so please stop the using on people doing good diy projects like this.

Ооооо чудо. Он 3 недели готовил это изобретение. Испортил 12подшипников по 120р за шт. Ну про уголок и полоски ладно не считаю. Тисы разобрал. Сверло по металлу купил. Лифмашинку и отрезной круг. Спалил немного проволоки и углекислоты! Все для того, чтоб загнуть жестяночку. Можно было ее просто намотать на трубу нужного размера!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Только не говорите автору это. А то он начнет стоить завод по производству труб!

The welding is cool and all, but using everywhere like this makes this gadget completely unserviceable. If there's a design flaw or anything wrong with any of the components, you have to break out the grinder or scrap it

I remember when I was a kid, there were machine shops everywhere. I never got to do machine shop in school, but wish I had. A fantastic, necessary skill, in which, most work has moved offshore and most kids nowadays will never be exposed. Sad.
Don't listen to the haters. Skill and knowledge of the materials and what they are capable plus welding knowledge are all you need as you showed, however it might be good to add a note reminding anyone that wants to copy your idea to know what sections of the bearing can be welded safely and to not use to many spot welds or it can overheat and sieze the whole bearing. Muy buena idea, pero se puede mejorar fabricando un casquillo para los rodamientos porque con la soldadura se dañan no es recomendable soldarlos, pero si la idea es buena.

Careful welding to bearings. They're very hard high carbon steel and are very likely to blow apart under load now
