Lifting natural black hair can be challenging! In this video, I took a virgin level 2 client (almost black) and gave her blush highlights on her dark pigmented hair using a foilayage highlighting technique.

Thin sections for max lift. Thick sections for minimal to moderate lift. These thick sections were more for diffusion and global brightness.

Like I mentioned before me hating the color is a personal dislike. I’m completely aware other people like this color which is why I mentioned it’s a personal dislike for ME lol but you can stay mad 😜 try reading slowly next time.
