  • Today was a big day for our shop. We finally got to bring home the newest addition to our equipment. After almost 6 months in waiting, we picked up our new Anyang 106 power hammer, hauled it to the shop and got it installed in its spot.

Good on you brother! I’m jealous for sure. I’ve been eyeing up that same Anyang for a while now. May have to try and finance one and really get some work in. Can’t wait to see what you do with her. Cheers!

Thank you! It has been a life long dream to get a hammer for the shop. It is an awesome piece of equipment and worth every penny. I did that exact thing and financed it so I could get one sooner then later. Trying to learn the techniques with using it compared to the my press has taken a little work but getting it figured out. Hoping to start getting videos going out with using it soon!
Thank you for watching and for your comment!!! Cheers!!!

Thank you! If I remember correctly they are 3/4 holes and 5/8 all thread rod set with a 2 part concrete epoxy resin. I will double check tonight when I get back home and let you know for sure what they are.

Apologies for not getting back sooner. I had to locate the box to verify it was correct. It is the 3/4 hold and 5/8 all thread like I mentioned above.

I’m getting the 48kg anyang it will be here May 15 I hope ! I live out in the country so they are delivering it to my place so I was wondering about handling it off the truck or what ever they bring it with . What would you suggest I will need to handle it. I have neighbours with front end loaders they handle large round bales or do I need a forklift what do you think? Thanks for now James Underwood how did you get it into the shop? Did you get the three phase motor direct from China?

You’re going to love it for sure! I had a gentleman with a extendable fork lift unload mine but a loader would work good as long as you can reach inside the trailer (if it is inclosed) or reach over the top of it on a lift gate or flatbed. Should be able to sling some straps around it. It is super front heavy (on the ram end) so just be slow when you first start to lift incase it tries to slip or tip around! Once it was sat inside the shop I used a hand operated pallet jack to lift and move it around the shop. I got it in place and used some boards, steel beams and jacks to life it off the steel crate it comes mounted on and lowered it all the way down into place. I used a digging bar to move it side to side and inch or so (cuz it had to be perfect hahaha) until it was where I wanted it. Hope this helps some. I have been trying to get more videos up but had some sd card problems and lost some footage. Got some new ones so hopefully in the near future I’ll be getting more up! Take care and enjoy your now toy!
