Pole Vault Drill

This is a great pole vault drill that is easy to make:
What you will NEED:
•Stiff Pole Vault Pole
•A Rope
•A tree/anything that is high that you are able to tie the rope too.
-takes 5 minutes to make and is great for vaulters that are learning how to bend the pole and get inverted.
