If you want a scary game play FEAR. That has a lot of freaky moments. It also has super smart ai enemies where the soldiers try to flank you, use grenades to flush you out of cover, charge you while others stand back, and do other things. Too bad the sequels didn’t live up to the original. Thankfully we have a several FEAR inspired games now.
Since you’re planning on moving away from Halo content do you think you’ll make videos talking about different games you like and various mods for them? That would be interesting? Also, what do you think of Microsoft becoming Megahard after voting Activision Blizzard (sorry, I just HAD to make that terrible joke)? It will definitely be interesting to see what happens. Because of this Sony is now in a free fall with them cancelling a bunch of their live service games, having mass layoffs that also hit Bungie, and they’ve gotten rid of a lot of the leadership. We all knew the merger would hurt Sony in the long run, but NOBODY thought it was going to be within a few wreaks rather than a few years. Instead of wasting all the time and resources on those projects and having the leadership fly all over the world so they could cry to the different governments to maintain their market dominance they should’ve instead made a game plan to revitalize a lot of their older IPs. They could do this with MCC style collections that have graphical upgrades, or Resident Evil/Dead Space style remakes. Too bad either of those would’ve made too much sense. Just like Microsoft’s refusal to make a Gears of War collection with mod support makes no sense. That would print money.
It's not so much that I'm planning on moving away from Halo content (new video already in the works on that front) I just want to upload things about other games too. My channel has always uploaded many different things I've also just had a big focus on Halo too since that was always my favorite franchise (emphasis on was). I'll certainly do a video on other games though. I plan to do another Worldbox video as well as cover a new indie game I just got that knocks things out of the park and puts modern triple A FPSs to shame. As for all that Microosft stuff I just heard about some of it earlier and to be honest I'm kind of out of the loop so I don't know what to think as of yet.

I don’t know all the details, but from the bits and pieces I’ve seen it’s absolute chaos on Sony’s end and Microsoft seems to be going strong now that they’ve absorbed Activision Blizzard. Hopefully they bring back awesome games like Prototype (this game where you play as a guy with all these super powers that are upgraded by absorbing people and mutants. You can do all kinds of INSANE things in it) and others. It will be interesting to see if Microsoft learned their lesson with 343, the Coalition, Rare (Rare used to be good until they were killed by corporate meddling), and other studios that have been going downhill. Although, it’s doubtful that they’ll learn the right lessons. We’ll just have to wait and see. Let’s hope Sony shapes up and starts bringing back a lot of their old games and puts them on pc.
