I highly recommend just using source 2 filmmaker, you're not as risk of a ban using it since it's built into the game and much more user friendly that HLAE. If you do choose to run HLAE just add the command -insecure to prevent any accidents

you can press up and down on the arrow keys while in console to cycle recent commands i:e when adding campaths. sure you know it but didnt see u using it and its not the most obvious thing
Is there a way to save the campath, and use the same set for a different tick, for example i set 4 cams on tick 111 can i save those cams and play them on tick 222?

S2fm is an alternative and fixes most of these problems, but honestly it's a bit awkward to use, i prefer unreal engine but that requires a lot more work
How do i make different cam paths , for example i did some in the first round and then i did some others in later rounds. When i play the next round cams it starts to go around to very first cam i placed from the first round clip(sorry if that didnt make sense my english aint too good)
Is there a way to fix the camera to a certain part of the character? Like fixing it to the deagle so when the character moves the camera follows the deagle and when he shoots the camera goes up and down.

As long as you don't enter a game while HLAE is open, you won't get banned

You can't get banned with HLAE, it forces you to run in insecure mode. You physically can't go into a game.
