Abhi 10 min kar pa rhe ho to 10 min ke baad idhar udhar nahi jana hai bas baithna hai or jo kar rhe ho uspe focus karne ki koshish me lge rhna hai. Fir aap 15 min kar paoge fir vo or improve hoga 20 min kar paoge. Apne goals ko samne rkh kar khud ko push karna hai ki me ye kyu kar rha hu.

@@AloneMind-w4n There is no easy way and we shouldn’t look for easy way, instead start to harden your mind by going outside of your comfort zone every day.
@@AloneMind-w4n You have to keep the image of “WHY” in front of you, why do you really want to do this? Then one by one remove all comfy things, like if you are distracted by mobile then switch it off and put it in the other room while you are studying. Tackle one thing at a time.
From "uncomfortable" in studies and life in general means facing the things that make you insecure. Like for example, for a long time I feared giving mock tests. Now for some people mocks are not a big deal(and it shouldn't be) and I knew it in my mind. But, it made me confront my reality(like what if whateve I studied was inadequate) and later on as time went on I realised, if I don't do this; I will always be at the same place where I am(just studying all day without knowing how much I am prepared). So, when I started giving them again and again, I fought that uncomfortable situation and now I have grown from it. So, similarly, whatever you fear in life. You MUST face it. It can be anything. This will build your self esteem and self discipline.
@@shreebrnwl adding to shashwat, there will be subjects where you might face difficulty or topics, and we try to avoid them, but the best way is to be uncomfortable and tackle them head on, once we overcome them we start to come on top because we start separating ourselves from the herd.
@@mobio5012 Mostly i dont get time to waatch videos due to heavy workload. I sometimes watch one or two helpful videos while eating and read book before going to sleep.
Sir i am student and its very hard to manage my gym with my studies because everything i focus on one thing other things gets less attention what should you say i should do? Do i just do the basics instead of going all out?
@@zynx7n If your study requires you to be at absolute best then you can not be preparing for a bodybuilding competition with it and vice versa. As a student you need basic fitness which is aimed at improving your focus and resilience. I used to do running for that. If you do gym then do that for 30 mins per day or as per your wish but it should not hamper whatever your primary goal is.
