Having issues with my output. Running my Dean Razorback to Irig2, which is plugged into my iPhone aux with AmpliTube. Sounds great when I have headphones plugged into the irig2 headphone Jack, But when I try to run a guitar cable (not a 3.5mm) from irig2 directly to my amp, it doesn’t have the punch like it does when I’m wearing headphones. Wondering if it’s my amp (Line 6 spider 75w which is the same as yours) Amp sounds great with its own presets. So I don’t think the amp is the issue.

Give it a try man. I experimented too and luckily mine works!
You can adjust that in the settings. To have your guitar tone always on even when you exit the app.

My irig HD 2 is brand-new the output has no sound. Doesn't work with the headset or speakers.
