This is still fucking good, legit and way To Go in 2022🙏 I handle music softwares like FL tools and still Irig with my older IPhone is so good and learning alot for you, even pro's using that trought all these years. You can run that for many days before starting to record wirh computer or mixing, adding other instruments or making totally something else (what ever you'll wanted 🤘👌
When I’m playing without recording, it sounds great in my headphones. But when I record the outcome sounds kinda grainy and lofi. Does anyone know how to fix this?
When I try this I get a really bad squealing noise. I connect jamup with GarageBand using the inter-app audio feature in GarageBand select jamup and get a really bad squeal I'm using an irig. Any idea how to Prevent this from happening. Thanks
Yeah it's the only thing I can think that's causing the problem but there's no way of turning the mic off in GarageBand there's no option in the settings ?
I was thinking maybe using my headphones I got with my iPhone6 has a mic built into that it could disable the internal mic on my iPad then stick some tape over the mic that's built into the headphones maybe that will help. I'm a bit of a noob at throws as I'm sure you can tell.
Hi friend ,liked your video man .tell me few things if you don't mind ,first of all I have never used iPad ,as android experience less ram really sucks ,and I can only afford 2gb ram iPad if I buy one ,so I have a doubt that I will again suffer with ram problem , tell me as you using those apps ( which why I am also considering to buy iPad ) will I be able to download all the apps you have ,and capture duo and few notation apps is it possible in 2 GB ? And does garage band comes as stock app in any iPad ?
I don’t know what in my setup is not creating any different pedal sounds, but every pedal and/or amp sounds the same. I have the iRig2 and it’s plugged into my iPad and then amp. My amp is an SP-10 Squire. I tried GarageBand, Bridgetown, and Amplitude. All the same sounds. Maybe…and only maybe am I hearing a slight difference in some. Any ideas? (What amp do you have…sounds great.).
how are you recording the guitar into your computer and making video? , this is what I've been trying to find out for a while, if you don't mind me asking because that's really what I want to do.
When you unplug the irig from your device, can you still hear the recordings but from your phone speaker? When I record using an iner-audio app (Amplitude) with GarageBand, I can only hear my recordings when I have my irig and headphones connected.
I have both, it took an hour or so for stuff to download, plus had to adjust settings, I guess. Listened through headphones, eventually was great! Lots of experimenting with this type of gear to get a simply 'nice' output happy to record with I found. Just the learning curve right?
+Spiral thanks as they got a .3zoon on here for a electric acoustic on this apps. av you every use a roadid guitar tuner av you got one can you me know do there work for a 12 strings guitars ???
Nice!!!!!!!! So much potential! With the i Rig

thanks for the info, i was going crazy with bias and garage band , recorded the guitar but without fx , now is all ok ..
can you import other songs if I just need to add bass to a track?
My iRig still picking up background noise, the light on it hasn’t turned on at all.
can I use this app to Micromax phones or Samsung phones
Sure wish I could see and HEAR what you are doing :) Maybe next time? As iPad is no foreign to me, it's tough to get everything you are doing :)
you can now do more than 8 bars and let it run continuously in iOS8.3, which is much better for fluidity
Hi! How did you record the audio and video at the same time? I want to record the audio and video my self while playing the samw time. Thank you.
I ran the audio from the computer to speakers and the camera's audio in via mixer.
When I’m playing without recording, it sounds great in my headphones. But when I record the outcome sounds kinda grainy and lofi. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Can you do the same on a mac? Like, straight from the iRig output to your mac without going through an ipad or phone as an amp?
MagAnd A of course U can, iRig is compatible with Mac&pc’s
This is addicting! I play along to an album i recoded and find all this cool shit to add to it
ano po bang mga app ang gamit niyo?

Jason Mulligan Could it be that the iPad's internal mic is still active (and causes feedback)?
Yeah it's the only thing I can think that's causing the problem but there's no way of turning the mic off in GarageBand there's no option in the settings ?
Jason Mulligan Do you get any signal from iRig to ipad?
Yes as soon as I hit a string there's a deafening squeal
I was thinking maybe using my headphones I got with my iPhone6 has a mic built into that it could disable the internal mic on my iPad then stick some tape over the mic that's built into the headphones maybe that will help. I'm a bit of a noob at throws as I'm sure you can tell.

This was recorded using a five year old ipad (4th gen), so any modern iPad should be able to handle it. Garageband is free.
why so much air when your playing nothing
So, no guitar amp needed for this?
No.
U can use headphones , or an amp
How about the latency??????
May i also ask, if you don't have a separate speaker or headphone, Can it not produce sound on the android's own speaker?
It can, but it will sound quite weak.

Check if the iRig + ipad sounds work using headphones first, perhaps? This vid is recorded straight from the ipad's headphone out.
🎸👌nice 👍

I usually record the audio to either computer or iPad and video with a camera. Then I sync the audio and video in some video editing software.
it all makes sense to me now! thanks :)
There is so much noise and gain, i want a Solution please 💔
Sheet 37 maybe you use fake irig
Is the sound coming out of speakers or the iPad?
No. You can plug a speaker or a headset via the iRig.
please reply ASAP , that green blinking dot on the top left corner on the screen of your tablet . What does that mean ?
At what point?
That would be the input signal
Don't quite understand ? Where did you place your mic? Amp or
The sound goes directly to audio interface, no mic.
what speaker do you use? was it from the ipad speaker? or you can jam it with a guitar ampli? sorry im just interested using this in our church..
I*m running the iPad output into computer and it*s speakers. Basically, if you*re using a PA, you should be able to run the iPad into the mixer.
thanks! i will try this..God bless you..
Spiral Can the iPad's output be connected to an amp through iRig using an aux cable?
godofinsanity14 Sure, though I am not sure how good it would sound. I guess it depends on what programs one would have running.
Thanks mate, and what programs do you suggest?
When you unplug the irig from your device, can you still hear the recordings but from your phone speaker? When I record using an iner-audio app (Amplitude) with GarageBand, I can only hear my recordings when I have my irig and headphones connected.
Yup, I can.

为什么我的就没声音。
From where the sound is coming??
Headphone output.
My iRig doesn't work, I connected it up to my iPad Air 2 and nothing comes out of it!
I have both, it took an hour or so for stuff to download, plus had to adjust settings, I guess. Listened through headphones, eventually was great! Lots of experimenting with this type of gear to get a simply 'nice' output happy to record with I found. Just the learning curve right?
what app do I get is it free or do I got to pay for it ???????
+corky Garagebands amp sims are free and the others (see vid description) have some free features as well.
+Spiral thanks as they got a .3zoon on here for a electric acoustic on this apps. av you every use a roadid guitar tuner av you got one can you me know do there work for a 12 strings guitars ???
+corky I do not know.
is this irig hd or just plain irig?
HD.
Is this iPad air?
Nope, it's the 4th gen iPad.
where is guitar
You need irig 2 for this
Nic K 1706 don’t think so
I hate it when people don’t talk on instructional videos lol!
Diem diem Bae
Nobody is talking in that vid ? That’s a first
I personally find Amplitube worse, as you have to buy extra amps 6.49 AUD EACH.
Y u not talk??
