I’m going to try your method with crocheting the loc a little down from the root!! I love this. Thank you. I follow your Instagram and I’m a stylist so this was very beneficial queen!
I love the flat look and I’ve been trying to figure out how stylist get the root so flat and this is the key. Thank you so much for posting this and not keeping it a secret like many other people do.
Girl thank you for making this video. I just started my hair business and was just looking around for different methods of doing hair and this is BY FAR the best thing I've ever seen to get flat roots.
Thank you I did my daughters hair and posted it on Instagram everyone is going crazy wand can’t believe it’s my 1st time. Your technique of not adding the crochet to the base/scalp - made it easier to wrap spring twist hair and the natural parts were awesome. U Rock!!
Love this method I will be trying it on my own head it usually takes me two days do a style like this I usually wash/part and braid my hair in one day and then install locs another and I will be trying this method. I love the flat look over the bulky. You did an amazing job on your client and an amazing job showing what to do. ❤️
Hiiii🎉🎉🎉🎉 never done these my daughter been wanting them so I came across your video and it was easy Peezy. Thank you so much. We were able to accomplish this style beautiful beautiful work.
So once you loop the crochet loc in are you pulling the braid or the end of the loc through to secure, I cannot tell from the video bc your hand was blocking the view? Best technique and best looking flat results I've seen on here thus far. 🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I'm confused as to why so much hair. So it's the crochet loc and Marley hair installed into the same space right? Pretty style but seems like a lot to do in general.. then can't see like you said.. idk why they move so fast and or block it..
I really wanna try this style but I’m scared of damaging or cutting my hair whilst taking the locs out😭. I’d really appreciate it if you could do a take down video . Please & thanks 😂❤️
Just a question. Are you not poking the natural in to the sofr lock and just hiding it under the hair that you are wraping over the top ? They sit lovely and flat and look like they are all ready broken in , unlike even whan you have natural real locks and you just has a maitnaces tighen up with a crochet hook , they will sit up for a few days to a week untill they relax and you will have a sore scalp untill they start to losen off a bit , broken in .
I got some done and I didn’t like them so I immediately took them down and did them myself and I didn’t like how bulky they were at the root so I will use this method this weekend when I reinstall them
@symone Protective Styles - Hi I enjoyed watching your Video - My daughter sent me this video to try this style on her hair. I wanted to know if you used anything to seal the wrap-around hair? What do you suggest to use to keep the last top layer of hair from unravaling? Also, are we supposed to do a hot water dip set on this style? - Thanks in advance for your feedback!
The sound on the video went out from the middle to the end and due to the angle of your camera, it was hard to see everything you did. Do you have another video?

The music in the back sound like what salon music would sound like in a barbie movie 😩 love the locs btw
I’m about to try this. My city doesn’t have to many good stylist and I would rather save my money tbh.
Definitely would have liked to see you do an entire loc from root to tip

Thank you ! Be sure to check out my updated videos as well 🙏🏾
Did you crochet the hair your wrapping the loc with in the hair to?
For the hair that you wrapped around the loc did you separate it ? If so how many times
As you wrap the hair around do you add gel or how do you secure that hair ?
But when you wrap the hair around the braid and loc how does it loc in after Is there any product involved
Wow!! This is beautiful, I’m gonna try this for the first time 🙌🏾👍🏾👍🏾
How do you get the hair that you wrapped to stay at the ends? I couldn’t see that part in the video
Question: Is it better to leave my hair natural or blow-dry it when i do this hairstyle?
Blowing it out if you can is best
@@symoneprotectivestyles3463 thank you
I ordered the hair from your link❤️
Thank you love ❤️
i love your method the best , so glad you posted this video, i am about to go try this
Hey love this video!!! Can I know how many packs you used and how many inside the paco
3-4 packs of soft locs and 2 packs of spring twist
absolutely gorgeous👏🏾👏🏾😍😍
Thank you! 😊
So cute. I want some but how long does it take and is it short hair friendly like pixie cut short
ahhh ur client is sooo pretttyyy
The natural parting is so nice !!!! How do u do it 🥺
the girl in the video was so happyyy
Hey, Is it a reason you did larger in the back?
Are those twist or braids for her regular hair?
Braid at root then twist
What kind of hair you use?

Hey what faux locs did you use
Hello hair link in the description
how long did the whole thing take and where did you get the little pieces of hair that u wrapped around
Hey luv. Can you please make a more detailed video on your method?
Yes ma’am !
How Do you twist them all the way down if the hair isn’t long enough? And what hair do you use?
Does the piece of hair being wrapped go down to the end of the loc- I couldn’t see where you ended. Is it marley or afro twisting hair?
You just wrap until your braid is covered
Your client is tooooo cuteeee
Hey,so when you do start this are you using the spring twist hair first?
Are u wrapping til the end of hair and what do u use so they won't unravel at the ends?
Please want is the name of the wig u using to do the wrapping
No wig
So happy I’m finding out how people are getting them to move so freely
where did you attach the spring twist hair? was it at the same spot as the lock or at the root?
How do you hold the hair at the ends you twisted in to stay in place ?
That’s what I want to know to do it won’t unravel
Thank you for this video.... Definitely a game changer
when you wrap the strand around the loc does it just stay and for how long?

Do you have a website, to ordering the hair?
What kind of hair do you use to wrap braids?
Please do you flogged the locs all through with the kinky or you stopped at where her natural hair ended

How do you keep the locs from untwisting?
i have a question when beginning the parting is it just a regular braid or are you plaquing it?
Is it the same hair that is used to wrap the around the top?
Yes
hey! i love this method, how would the take down process look?
What hair should I use for the soft locs is
