This way is so much better and it doesn’t cause any discomfort to your hair nor is it tight you can literally style it right after your hair is done I love mine
this is my second time doing this and when done exactly like she says it is so secure. my mom helped me do it the first time and it lasted for 3 months. I am eighteen, i did them with the help of my college friends the second time since im in school out of state and its looser but you can always wrap half the amount you did the first time over the loc and refresh it. thank you so much. life saver fr.
You’re welcome ☺️
omgggg love this way i’ve been doing locs for about 5 months now and was tired of the crochet needles because it takes time , will be using this method !!
I just wanted to stop by and give credit where it’s due chile 🙌🏽 I did 36” soft locs today, I followed your method and I absolutely love it 😊 I got so many compliments already .. looks so natural ..thanks for the free game beautiful 😘
Do the wrapped hair slide down any since it’s not crocheted?
Nope, not at all…everything is still in place so far 🤗
how long did it last?
Yes love , be sure to send me pictures to my Instagram so happy the technique worked for you
I use this method today and baby i loved it ☺️
OMG!! The best I have ever seen!! So natural you can't tell, you did that!!! Awesome talent & beautiful work!!
Thanks a million I’m glad u didn’t speed up ur content cuz then we tend to miss out something that’s important to achieving a slayed look. U can’t afford to miss any step. I live in Jamaica 🇯🇲 where these styles aren’t cheap so I decided to watch UA-cam and learn to do my own hair. I am now fully encouraged bcuz of ur video. When I watched others I get frustrated and decided to go to the hairdresser. Y waste money when I can save it for my 1 yr old baby girl. Thanks again
You’re welcome ☺️
U now have a new subby
@@yawandedixon6478 welcome to the Gang !! 🥰

By far these easiest method I’ve seen. I was gone keep lookin until I found one with NO NEEDLE! I love this. Doin it this weekend! What aboutttttt a take down video 👀
Take down video is uploaded
I love this method. I do mine a similar way but this seems easier & quicker. Will be trying this way the next time. Thank you for showing this!
You’re welcome love
Please what do you use in wrapping the locs
I love how you explained the parting because the way I part mine last time it look like I had a few gaps so this makes sense thanks
I love your technique, I’m going to try this today on my client🤗
how did it go ? 👀i’ve been thinking about trying this technique on my client too 😂
Same
Did it work well? Lol
I have 2 clients coming up and def wanna try. Looks faster, though it's been taking me 4-5 hrs to do them now, which I didn't think was too bad.
They came out beautifully. Will be using that method for sure. 👍🏾
Thank you be sure to tag me on social media to see your results 🥰
Such a pleasant and detailed video thankyou so much my love
You’re welcome
I love this method. It turned out really nice.💥
Thank you so much 😊
I love this method no crochet method - will definitely help set this method next time - thanks for sharing
Please do more videos like this😍 love this video. I’m trying this method!
Thank you what would you like to see next
I love this tutorial soooooo much ! Can you do the parting video
Yes ma’am coming soon and thank j you
Turned out very flat, neat and natural looking. How long did it take to complete? It would take me abt 4 hrs just to do the natural box braids before wrapping
Look so good 🥰 I will be trying your method asap Thank you for sharing !
Thank you let me know how it turns out
This technique is beautiful thanks for sharing
You’re welcome and thank you
Thank you for this. I didn’t know how to do Locs I got them so confused but I will be using this method in a few weeks
This video is so satisfying 😁
Love, love, love this!!! I’ve done a similar method in the past and the hair I was using to wrap with seemed to slip as the style aged. Have you noticed this problem? Would you recommend that I wrap the root tighter to prevent the slipping from occurring?
Thank you and be sure to wrap the root part at least 3-4 times before proceeding
@@symoneprotectivestyles3463 Thank you!!
What kind of hair were you using ? I’m having this problem when I use water wave hair ..I’m going to try spring twist this weekend!
I think I’m gonna crochet the wrap hair the first couple times i do this bc I’m scared I’ll have the same issue. I want to be confident in my wrap technique before i do the wrapping with no crochet.
@@Mikaylaimani_ I was using water wave as well. Spring twist hair seems like it would work a lot better.
I love your locs they always come out so cute. Can you do a video of your juicy locs
Love your videos; definitely going to try this method! What length of spring twist hair did you use?
Thank you 8 to 12 inch will do
Hoe many pack of spring twist did you use?
Great Job!
Im gonna try this method for my birthday
You know what…. U the goat
Thank you for sharing. I will definitely try this.
Similar to Jazz Nicole 1/7 faux loc methods. This is good for those with longer hair.
Please do a detailed parting video!
Definitely will try this method. What do you do at the end of the locs to keep the Spring twist hair from unraveling?
Just tie a knot and wrap the rest
The best video I've found... Thank you!
You’re welcome ☺️
Those are so cute!!! I want some💯
Can u tell what u did to the ends when u stopped twisting did u go back up some and did a couple of times/knots
In this video, regarding the Outre prestretched spring twist hair, how many times did you split the pre-sectioned piece of wrapping hair to get the thin piece you wrapped with? Hope my question makes sense...😕
Yes ma’am split the hair
@@symoneprotectivestyles3463 Thanks for responding,, how many times did you split the section for each thin piece you used to wrap
Do you think my natural hair color would show if I do this method with color 30/27 hair?
how do you prevent spillage? does it depend on the hair/brand you use? should I feed in marley hair with my braids then add the loc and use sitting twist to wrap?
Gorgeous
how many pacs of hair is required for this style
Which hairpiece do I use for soft locs??Been looking for it but I don't know the name😭
Hello this is so beautiful!! I do have 1 question do you cut your spring twist hair in half??
Thank you and split it in half
Oh my goodness!!!! Tysm ❤
No problem!!
How many packs of locs did u use ?
3-4
How many packs of locs you used
Do u have to wrap the hair to the left
What do you wrap locks with? learner don't mind my silly question
Spring twist
Hey! How many packs of loc hair did you use? Just 1?
Please please reply: is the back length also 36” or shorter?
Doing this 2nite 28 inch
Great method! What is the take down process
Take down video coming soon
How do you take it down?
will this why slip faster or does it last longer ?
Did you stretch out the loop ?
Yes
How long did this take?
She said 2.5 hrs on another comment. Not bad for all the hair her client has.
Love this technique! Could you use water wave instead of spring twist ?
You can it’s most slippery though
@@symoneprotectivestyles3463 okay! Will keep that in mind. Thank you!
Thanks for sharing! Are these easy to take out? Sorry if you mentioned it already and I missed it.
You’re welcome. I have a take down video available as well
How’d U seal it ?
I just tie a small knot
Great job... I liked your technique but I don't think I like how you can see so much scalp... Lol that's just me but the locs were very cute!!!
Does this last as long as the regular method? Would you say its more lightweight or the same?
Very light weight this style can last 3-4 months with proper maintenance
@@symoneprotectivestyles3463 Thanks so much for responding! Can you do a video on maintenance for this style
THANK YOU SO MUCH
Love this method , quick question do you think the process is made faster by braiding the loc in how your doing or pre braiding then adding the loc ?
It’s faster to me , it depends on how fast you braid and part in my opinion. The braid method gives a more flatter look than having to go back and crochet it
This is exactly how I was going to do my soft locs between my braids when I do them. Omg the best video ever, and I love how you took your time with her hair and use your camera to zoom in and out. Super satisfying and therapeutic in my opinion. 😍💕 Will be watching the rest of your videos. I do my own hair btw. God bless!🙏
Thanks for watching ! Welcome to the tribe 🙏🏾
How many locs is it all together
How many packs of hair did you use?
4 packs of soft locs
2 packs of spring twist
thank you💗
How long did it take to do this ?
2.5 hours
Thanks doing this today on my client
I use this method too because my scalp is so sensitive! I just hadn't been able to find any skinny locs. Thank you for the link! Hopefully one day i can find human too
Try Amazon
I love this method better than the original, definitely going to try . You did an amazing job 😍
Beautiful. How many packs of spring twists did you use for wrapping?

Thx you so much for this lesson, I’ve been using way to big of Pieces .. def doing this style this weekend
You’re welcome love
Just did this method!!! So much easier than the other one I was using! Plus i high key hate using crotchet needles! This is a gentle technique !
Thanks so so much for this video ! Very do-able ! I’m currently wrapping & re-watching this 100 times as I wrap it up lol it’s 1 am . I didn’t do super neat parting like your previous video & im perfectly fine with that . I watched this once earlier & was confident I could do it too lol & ran to the hair store ❤️
Yay! Happy to help !
Omg I can’t wait to try this! I was kind of dreading having to use the crochet needle cus it always seems to get stuck or something! It also seems so much faster. Thank you for sharing this!
You’re welcome!
how many packs of locs out the bundle from amazon did you use?
I’ve been searching for a realistic method for so long, thank youuu!
You’re welcome
I do my own hair and your way seems so much easier. Thank you❤❤
i love this method, they came out beautiful 🤩 & it also looks like this method has less tension on the hair, definitely will be trying next time!!❤️
Are you knotting the spring twist hair when you get to the bottom of the loc?
You did a awesome job....they are beautiful. Love this method!
Thank you 💕
I would love to see a very detail “free style” parting video
Okay 😌
So pretty and I love how neat they are beautiful just beautiful
Game changer! Go stink! Will be doing this on myself this weekend ☺️
I’m so glad for this tutorial, I also wanna ask, did you divide the loose hair in 3 parts?? It looks beautiful 👍🏾👍🏾💕
Thank you and 2 parts
*Chef kiss* absolutely genius sis! You are feeding the people with this one. Also that music made this incredibly therapeutic to watch. How many packs of the soft locs did you use?
Thank you and you can use anywhere from 3-4 packs
this is how i did them when i had lost my crochet need but instead of just wrapping it, i would use a bobby pin as a crochet needle but this is smart
Your method is flawless!!💜💜💜
Yes no nail glue bad experience twice ppl just love cutting and gluing my hair can’t wait to try thanks boss lady ❤you did that!!! Also the hair wrapping is it uneven on one side and add hair when it gets low ? This method is so much smoother
Hi thank you and yes make on side shorter and the other side longer
Yes please do a more detailed video for a true beginner . I need to learn how to prep hair , part hair and braid plaits and install locs. I really would like to be able to do this on myself. Thank you so much for this video !!
You got it ! And you’re welcome.
I tried this method on myself and WHEW! Lol but I loved it!!! Took me 2 days
How many packs of hair did you use?
4 packs
I want to try this so bad I just feel like I use too much hair I know you said a thin piece just wish I could have had a visual of the actual piece . Looks great tho!
The style came out beautiful. Can you do a video on parting because I cant get my squares the same size. Thanks
Thanks and yes coming soon
@@symoneprotectivestyles3463 You're welcome
