greetings sir . we thanks you for your teaching. please I have a question to ask. please can u make a video on the differences between the Michaelis menten approach and the Brigg Haldane approach of enzyme kinetics. I can't really see a difference btw this two approaches
Arrey bhai rate of ES formation is K1 Or we write like K+1, cool, Now this K+1 is working on [E] & [S].....now let's find out what is [E]....lets suppose in a reaction vessel there are 10 molecules of enzyme that is your Et (enzyme total) is 10 now you start adding substrate these substrate molecules will bind with your Et molecules and few of these Et molecules when bind with S molecule form ES so what is left over of Et molecules which can further form ES complex is written as k+1 ( [Et] - [ES]) × [S]
Hi sir I have more doubts on problems from ph ,buffer ,and chemical kinetics, how to know these topics well and to answer any questions from this topics what should I do
Could you please help me by sharing my contents with your friends group/ college group. I put huge efforts in making these videos but unfortunately not a lot of people are watching this.

Tq, sir. It really help me alot. I wasn't able to understand the explanation given by my teacher at college, but now I am clear. 🙏
Please share my channel link with your friends and help me to reach big audience
This is the one. This is the best explanation. Love it!
Please share my channel link with your friends and help me to reach big audience
at 5:47, it should be (k-1 + k2)/k1 = that is the constant
Thanks but i noticed that time
Yes Melton and micale constant is this..
He wrote correct only !!!!!!!
Listen it again !!!

Is the maximum velocity focus the same as the initial velocity focus? {S} Vmax ={s}Vo ={s}Km
You are much better than our professor. Tomorrow is my xam thanks☺
Glad to hear that you found it useful, share among friends and help them as well

This is a great explanation. It helped me clear lots of confusion
So if you wanna help me share among your friends and help me to reach a big audience
@@animatedbiologywitharpan I surely will to some of my classmates
Why particular quantity K2 into [Et] is considered as Vmax? Thanks
I understand it better than my teacher in my Biochem subj
Please share my channel link with your friends and help me to reach big audience
Can someone please explain from where did k1 [S] come at the right hand side of the equation @ 5:01
It Helped me understand Lehninger much better.
Thank you 😊
Good to know...stay tuned
You read Lehninger too
Memorizing is different thing and knowing what u doing is a different thing.
thank you for sharing, it's really helpful
What if these assumptions are not followed?
Why did K-1 turns to K1 in michaelis-menten constant
I think it is very useful vedio for this derivation...thank u so much
Please share among friends and help to reach big audience
You did not mention about second case when [S] will be greater then Km
Starting I understood but from Et I couldn't understand
Oh thanks a lot sir , tomorrow is my exam thank you 🎉🎉
All the best
This is very useful for me 🙏
Please share among friends and help me to reach big audience
Very helpful
Thanks alot sir Ji😊
Please share my channel link with your friends and help me to reach big audience
It's quite clear and helpful, thank you. (but the demonstration of Km =Vmax/2 is not really explained)
Km is the concentration to achieve 1/2 Vmax
Thank you for your nice explanation
thank you so much..i understand very much clearly
Please share my channel link with your friends and help me to reach big audience
Very very goodly presented
অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ ❤️❤️❤️... অবশেষে বুঝলাম 😢😒🤕❤️

اريد قناة تشرح الكيمياء الفيزياوية رجاءاً 🥺💔
Love you sir you're a excellent teacher
I thought the second step is reversible?
where come (E)=(E T)-(ES)?explain properly!

You should have handled my physical chemistry classes
😔😔😔😔
Okk thanks for the feedback
thanks sir keep it up ...i got all the points for them i am confusing
Do check the enzymology playlist for related videos
Don’t forget to share it with your friends
Why is km=vmax/2? Y not vmax/3? Any specific reason? Thank you
Because the breakdown of ES complex partly occur in forward direction and partly in backward direction
You made it very easy 😊
Watch the whole enzymology playlist
If you like my explanation please share it with your friends and help me to reach big audience
This has been so helpful, thank you!
Sir Jahan km bnaya hai
Wahan (s)k sath k1 bhi to tha
Wo Kahan gaya
Some steps are missed out !!
Sorry for that

How did u get ET?
brother can you please make another video on how to derive alberty rate equation
I will try
Thanks a lot sir.
Don’t forget to check out other videos in the playlist
Good

I started becoming confused when you introduced the total enzyme.
Nice sir... Thank u
What is that k1 and k-1 mean plz explain?
Ok, thank you so mach

value of km is not correct....plz make some correction
هل ممكن اجد امثلة على ايجاد قيم Kmو Vmax ??
bro u wrote the Km equation wrong. It should be Km = (k-1 + k2) / k1 (not k1).
Really explanatory

i suggest the use of kf kr en kcat will be appropriate rather than k1 k2 en k-1
watch this also csir net solved ques/subscribe only
ua-cam.com/video/SiCBFtdJWYI/v-deo.html
True
I also prefer the use of kr kf instead of 1 -1 2
Coz these terms demand full attention
that Km should be K-1 + K2/ K-1 i guess
Nice video...will you post a video about surface phenomenon of colloids?
I would try to
Ur de best

Thanku sir g
Km is k1 + K2/k-1 I think
thank you😊
ZAKIA SULTANA do watch other videos on the enzymology playlists
Assalamu Alikum Zakia....
Are you a biology major?
after you start missing out the steps i got lost
I am so sorry to hear that.... it was a old video but we would surely discuss this in future
Best thing ever
Thanks a lot for this complement
I can't understand reto formation

Bro clear ur concept first.... As do ur math...etc... Showing that y rat rki h tum n bs
The t should be small or big
not good.
First improve spelling mistakes it's Equation not eqation.
Ya I agree, the spelling mistake was stupid enough, ignore it please.
Not helpful....
Your feedback is valuable in future I would try to create the content better
