I have done this a while back and due to an update (I think), my cars where not saved anymore so I watched this video again :)
It is still great.
Somehow one car just turned 180°, but that does not bother me.

This kind of works for me. The only issue is that when i load the map up with my saved cars it spawns a new one (The one that always spawns when opening a new map). All of my cars / props also get randomly rotated for some reason. An example would be if I where to save a car standing perfectly in a parking spot. It would be slanted or just completely sideways when I reload the map.

just tried this.. the car does not show up but when i go into world editor, the "My Cars" folder is there with the "clone" in it still.. hmm

How to I then jump into any of those cars to drive them?
You should be able to TAB into them. Check your options for “allow tab to switch into traffic vehicles” or something like that.
