The unstructured freedom practice reminds me of dance. Ultimately, if I find myself needing to release tension, I turn on some music and find a place- or make one, and dance. At the same time, music isn't necessary for dance, really. I said goodbye to the house I grew up in by dancing through each room when the house was empty before it was sold. Thanks for these tips and reminders. I'll be sure to share them and put them to good use.
Thanks a lot. This came just in time while I was feeling stuck in an unpleasant argument I had this morning! Although It wasn’t my fault, I didn’t do anything wrong and I was shouted! When I feel I am being mistreated, I tend to get stuck in those moments. And then I internalise it and it turns into anger and deep unhappiness. It is a horrible feeling and situation to be in. I will try to use this technique. Thanks again.
The last part reminded me of Tai Chi. I don't know how to really do Tai Chi, but I used to move in ways similar to that and it felt great, will have to start again; Since watching your video, I know more of why it felt so good.

You are very welcome, continue dancing...
