  • Shame is an insidious emotion and can often be present alongside trauma. Doing a shaking practice to release shame can be very helpful in releasing this emotion which can become stuck in the body, holding us back from realising our full potential.
    In this audio clip, Ilan Stephani, trauma educator and expert, guides us through a potent process of trauma shaking for persistent shame. Please make sure you have a pen and paper ready, and are in a place you feel safe and comfortable. If you worry about others seeing you shaking then a private spot may be best.

    I, I loved this! I needed THIS so much. Thank you. It held me so much that my body became stiff and unable to dance freely. I loved the music to support this releasing. It was holding me tightly. No more So i'll dance now
