Dear Respected Samanvay.......I feel the MOST IMPORTANT fact is to have a good Sitar.....the height difference between the string and the parda is a determinant factor...in Miraj Sitars, the height difference between the string and the parda in lower octave and upper octave is "unbearable"....4 mm in the lower octave and nearly 1 inch in the upper octave...!!!!!!!!!! incorrigible indeed
