Literally the best techno producer channel out there. Watching your videos is like asking a friend for advice. You don’t tell us how to do it, but you give us multiple doorways to better our production and find our own sound
thanks a lot, I always try to do so because experimentation is key. hard to dont nmake it a too long video sometimes but i like to explain and show the ''basic way'' but then showing different direction people can explore further
I was waiting for this video! The first one helped me a lot to practice with my ST. Thanks for the effort and dedication you put into these videos! I can't wait to keep watching sketches and ideas with the Syntakt!
Watching the evolution of this track was fantastic - really inspiring. Hope you'll be bringing us more of your expertise in 2025 Paul. In the meantime, Merry Christmas mon ami.
Awesome tutorial! Thanks man! I was able to create my first techno tracks with all your tutorials. One thing I would like to see though is maybe more basics. You are obviously super knowledgeable and I would love to learn more from you about the tech behind the sound effects, like how does overdrive change your sound, what else can you find in ableton to fix your sound. Sometimes you use roar, and as someone who bought ableton 11 last year and cannot afford the update yet, it would be great to know what else I could use instead of roar. I love your content and hope you keep it up!
I am planning to do more basic stuff next year, alternate between beginner/intermediate content. I am also planning to do a video about distortion and how I use them and for what so stay tunes
very interesting. How do you make a bassline that doesn't suck on the syntakt? I find the VCO machine to have almost unusable clicky envelopes for this
It definitely has a waveform transmission 3 vibe (the wrath of the punisher struck me). As always, top notch content, and sharing your struggles during the process also illustrates what many of us feel when trying to transition from an 8 bars cool idea into a track…losing the original intent, following other ideas, or just slowly realizing that the idea is not whole track worthy material…
I've been battling a lot to keep that initial idea as i also prefered it but could manage to make it a full track, I dont know how to explain but feels the initial sketch would fit perfectly a live techno set but then very hard to make it a full track that is interesting... I struggle a lot and really try to keep that original idea but at one point have to move on otherwise I would have stay blocked..tricky one
@@audioreakt I feel you, that's the hardest part, but when i heard sketch you made it put me right back into 2000s techno club i used to go to, with this beautiful minimal sound ,and it was perfect
@@hunnersahings7375 for sure will keep this sketch in the corner of my head. I think modernising the drums was a “mistake” and if I had kept the OG raw drums it would have works better… will see might try again later to finish the raw version
@@milkyway8353 maybe I will come back to it later and manage to finish it, like said on the other comment, to do that version I should probably keep the raw OG drums

you can play with the amp envoloppe and add a bit of attack to get rid of that click.
can you show final like mastering !?? txs dude
I have a home made mastering video I did already on my channel but will probably do another since now we have roar and a new limiter

@@audioreakt great love it ! txs and respect
cool ...
thanks !
Hello guy, hope you good!
I am good thank you and you ?
@audioreakt All good my friend, thank you!
thanks for sharing a process, but i think original sketch has captured that minimal techno better in my opinion. It's more dark and moody
I've been battling a lot to keep that initial idea as i also prefered it but could manage to make it a full track, I dont know how to explain but feels the initial sketch would fit perfectly a live techno set but then very hard to make it a full track that is interesting... Maybe explore it and add it as another track on an ep. Different mix.
