I have a compressed disc at L5-S1 with horrible sciatica down my rignt leg that sent tingling & electricity to my toes. Doing spinal decompression (along with chiropractic treatment & physical therapy) has helped me so much. My sciatica is almost gone and the pain & tingling is not as prevalent anymore. I highly recommend trying it! 😉

My surgeon said he won't recommend for me because I have a L5-s1 herniated disc that rupture out of the walls, so is a big herniated disc the extrution type of herniated disc, he said if it wpuod had been protution herniated disc then maybe might work..
I am a massage therapist and physiotherapist, but i also have a background in IT. So i would rather trust competant profesional to do it manualy then an automated machine whose code been written by some undergrad student who wrote it one summer vacation as a side gig. Just saying

There are different causes for shoulder bursitis and different medical strategies to get rid of it. Stop activities, anti inflammatory management, surgery, physio chiropractic. There is not one remedy.
