I had cluster headaches for 20 years. The most intense pain I could ever imagine. I got them every nine months and the doctor gave me nasal sprays (Tosymra) and pills (sumatriptan) that worked for the pain but on long episodes, the effectiveness would go away. I did cranial facial ballooning from a high school friend who was a chiropractor. I HAVE NOT had a cluster headache since. Over 2 years now. Unbelievable.

From watching all of the cfr videos you really need an inflator bulb with the push button pressure release valve so you can release the air faster and easier. A small 1" extension would also be beneficial to get the valve further away from the nose, I have noticed that you struggle to open the valve when it is against the nose. A custom machined bulbous tip to hold the balloon would also help increase the comfort of the cfr. A bulbous tip with a spring loaded sliding collar to retain the end of the balloon would work really well. I think having an inflator bulb that is 25-40 percent larger may also be beneficial so you can get more air in faster which would alleviate the need for a second pump. I could easily design and manufacture a dedicated cfr balloon kit with different sized bulbs. An adjustable automatic pressure relief and limiting valve could also be implemented so the moment you release the bulb pressure is automatically vented.

Not to mention that its utterly useless.
Stuffed noses are usually a result of an inflammation of the nasal tissue, using a balloon to push it open might give temporary relief, but its like pressing down on a bruise or a swollen lump on your head, it might make the swelling a bit smaller for a minute, but it will go back to how it was within an hour or so.

I'll hear & feel a gurgling in my ear every so often, rarely, but it's like pressure releasing from my head and I read about ppl wanting docs to trepan their skulls who insist that they, ppl who had it done, hear gurgling...and gravity effects consciousness so our perception...and that can have physical effects...Im wondering if this releases pressure for some who don't ever release it naturally. As ppl report their ears popping. Interesting...as cultures we label "primitive" practice trepanning even today and ppl don't die of infection a.d other complications as you might assume.

Since i'm a little kid i have headaches coming from nowhere and related to sinusitis, i don't know where it comes from, if it's because i'm tired or simply the weather which is changing.
The symptoms my nose becomes stuffy then my right eye start to hurt like if he had pression on it and of course it gives me headache as a result.
I went for X-ray and they found nothing, i also suspect my neck to be related to the problem (it feels like i'm often blocked and feel heavy from that zone).
I really would like to test that kind of therapy, i've seen in the past a Osteopath but it didn't release me.

Cranial Facial Release (CFR) is an advanced endo-nasal "Balloon
Assisted" cranial adjusting technique that has been used quite successfully in the treatment of various neurological and structural disorders. The objective of CFR technique is to unlock cranial fixations and induce mobility in the cranial system - primarily targeting the sphenoid bone, with the purpose of facilitating normal cranial respiratory motion and normal cranial function. Hi, yes! Go to Activator.com and look for a doctor near you.
Here is a video I made where I use this technique. It's a great technique, with no cracking or twisting. ua-cam.com/video/L-RZekHj4d4/v-deo.htmlsi=8UBtrlf5KTK0GUzB

I went here to get adjusted and when I got home I noticed there was a permanent crack in my butt. Someone needs to look into this practice.
