Yes it should but I don’t have that camera anymore to test it..... there might be some limitations as it is not on the list
@@ZdenkaDarula Yes, it seems like shutter control and timelapse might not be possible, but as long as tracking is working I might be fine.

Thank you for the detailed review. Did you use the shutter cable when you were doing the regular slide and pan shots? Also, did you have to use the shutter cables when using the app? I really want to be sure, that I can use the Nano slider with my Canon M50, which doesn't have a shutter cable connection. Unfortunately iFootage isn't able or willing to answer my question.
No I didn’t use the shutter cable. I just pressed record on the camera and did the rest

Looks very impressive, if you can justify its use. The noise is noticeable, but I suppose if you are using it for ‘product’ shots, that can be mitigated or concealed in post production. Can a ‘tracking shot’ you have set be repeated and even if you can, is that lost once it is turned off?
Just thinking that if you wanted multiple (identical) tracking shots, but of different examples of the same or similar products, you might want to switch it off temporarily, if the setup times are lengthy (or you go for a break).

Thank you for letting me know. It is hard when I remove the echo in post the voice doesn’t sound good. I will keep experimenting with different options
so how does this $600 kit compare to the Zeapon 2 slider with motor combo ( $480) which you reviewed. zeapon has much heavier payload, but i would be most often using a 1.35 lb sony a73 with that 1.68 lb ifootage video head. the zeapon has 3 speeds of slow, medium, fast, not sure of variable sppeds on shark. motor sounds seem similiar on both units. the iffootage adds 360 axis movement . on a tripod, does one tip over more when at the end of the rods? does the shark have better balance it is offset by its attached led control unit?
There’s one has 2axis. Zeapon slider is just slider...
Would you recommend this slider for the Canon M50? I am thinking of spicing up my drum covers, but I fear this slider might be kind of an overkill...
It’s difficult to say I would have to see what you’re trying to do. It is really up to you if you have the budget you can afford it if you really think you need it to bring the contents to the next level.....
@@ZdenkaDarula My last video on my channel is a drumcover with multiple angles. This is a good example of the content I want to create. For the main angle (A-Roll from the side) I want to use a slider to induce movement.

For USD$779 it is definitely a higher production element and not for hobbyist. Yeah, not silent either but I would think interior shots would be dubbed over. Thanks for noticing the 1080P aspect. That's a show stopper for the price!

I have just received my Nano Slider. It is an amazing piece of tech for sure. I have one big question though. When I record with my iPhone though, the footage turns out woobly/shaky especially further towards the edges of the frame. It feels like I am sitting in a boat. What is wrong there? Is this an effect of the Ihpone video-stabilization? How do I deal with that?
