Just letting you guys know, that’s not shiitake mushrooms. Those are actually dried wood ear mushrooms. You can either buy it fresh and julienne it, or just buy the dried sliced ones already. You can find it in any Asian stores, right next to the dried shiitake mushrooms.
The meat and veggies stuff to wet, keep vermicelli and black fungus less water will be more crispy egg rolls. The best is used dry onions. Too wet meat and veggies will make the egg rolls soft very quick 😊

DUDE. Those are NOT Shiitakes. It is Black Fungus u can get dried also, and shredded like the one she's using. It's commonly found in traditional Hot and Sour Soup as well.

No, just so much wrong with this. Firstly your supposed to cook the meat first, steam or saute the veggies first. Not doing so you get soggy inside, secondly those are not egg roll wrappers, original wraps are crepe, most common now is wanton wraps. Those are spring roll wrappers. Which are a totally different kind of food
Those are spring rolls, not egg rolls. Eggrolls are called eggrolls because you give them an egg wash before frying. It is also a different type of wrapping dough, which are thicker sheets.
