The egusi had more leafy vegetables than the egusi. It’s watery and salty… Non native Nigerians have a funny way of adding excessive veggies to everything, I guess.
What's funny is, according to what I've seen online (I'm not Nigerian), his Egusi was the closest one to what I've always seen. Everything else (again based on what I've seen) looked way too dry and yellow!
