Should I keep the Smash Casino in #3? I think its a cool idea but maybe it makes everything to rng based, what do you guys think?

Keep it, but change around what it offers. Instantly being removed from the game because you got unlucky one time is way too harsh imo.
Actually, what if you replaced the percentage thing with a modified version of the Smash Casino? Each time someone wins a battle, they get to roll on a wheel that contains mostly good prizes (Like the one where all opponents start at 10% going forwards), with a few bad ones thrown in to spice things up? That way, advantage is based on how many people you've conquered rather than whether or not you managed to take out one big enemy. You could even add in a mostly negative wheel for when someone loses a match but triggers the Empire Clause, just so that losing still has some weight.
Not sure exactly how well this idea would work, but I think it has some merit. Love the content, and I'm excited for the next video regardless of what rules you use.

Maybe it should incorporate sillier gimmicks? Like allowing certain Spirits to be equipped or making certain items drop a lot? Especially when both fighters could be affected. I think those types of things are a little more fitting for a game of random chance than just altering starting percentages.

Perhaps you could replace the percentage advantage in the next one with the conquered fighters? After owning a certain number of spaces, the reigning fighter gets to take a randomly selected member of their empire into battle with them as a teammate.

have them have only 1 stock and level 3 cpu. That would make it more balanced. and besides, the pawns should have less power then the king anyway.
Byleth's chances got shattered instantly, the Smash Casino Wheel really did not want him to win again and he probably would of. The wheel probably wanted the other fighters to have a shot at being the champion. Perhaps the conditions could be toned down next time.
Just like in true Fire Emblem fashion, Byleth got screwed by RNG.

Interesting how the 2 victors so far are both with mixed reactions to their arrivals (Byleth wasn't welcomed and Plant was essentially a joke character)

I didn't think you would continue this master piece of an idea, still incredible, plus I feel liek 2 things could be done:
A) Down for bottom row goes into top row, like Doodle Jump logic where it loops in on itself
B) Maybe make the casino less RNG based, make it so a 3 stock rewards you with a casino visit, this making it more skill based, even if they can get negative effects.
This idea is so good and interesting to props to you for taking your time on this

The way you did this makes sense, but in both I still thought it would make more sense if winning only gave you the space that you were fighting with and that the fighters joined the team and did the fighting

I love this type of content. I do my own CPU tournaments in private and love to see all the different ways folks use CPUs. I’m really surprised that none of my top contenders do well in these, Dedede is my number 1 right now, followed by Kazuya, Villager, Captain Falcon, and Mii Swordfighter.
I'm actually surprised Kazuya hasn't done more in these videos, to be fair though, both times he got taken out by eventual finalists
You should add the option to take over someone else’s space in the Smash Casino for next time! I cannot imagine how wild it would be lol.

I’m running something similar, but I have the defeated fighters still be able to fight and gain ground for the “owner” of their space, and if a previously defeated fighter is defeated, only that fighter joins the victor

Make sure you keep a note tab for yourself of Smash Casino fighter advantage/disadvantages. You stated Pit’s next three battles would have been on a “normal” stage but only used that rule once. With many variables in the video I’m sure it’s hard to keep track of everything. These videos are top notch quality and really entertaining and I’m excited to see more videos like this!

I like the imperial rule where if you’re over 16 you’re safe. The casino is fine, but remove the insta loss tile.

I’ve been thinking, and a cool idea of mine popped up, for Smash Imperialism #3 is tag teams. Let me explain. This tag team idea is that you randomly generate each fighter a a partner, AKA another fighter. If you generate Piranha Plant, then generate Byleth, then they are both on a team, and can’t be generated to have a partner. Also, don’t keep the Smash Casino, or the Percent Rule. They’re both OP for giving disadvantages. Maybe you could lower the Percent Rule to just 30 or lower. In the Smash Casino you could remove the fighter removal, and maybe lower the disadvantages in the roulette machine.
I like the added things, like the smash casino and the 20% rule. Also, about the empire rule, it is good, because in the said game show the floor (I said it in the last video for this) yeah, it was an issue there

As a P plant main I can say, that the spike ball is one of the funniest things in smash.
Idea: Random space is a random fighter who has already been eliminated, and/or is triggered when someone's arrow goes off into the void.
Gives somebody a chance to come back in even if they initially stumbled.
As one of the few plant mains to ever exist, im happy.
