Severely overweight people (a la butterbean) have a hard time rolling over. If you are large enough you can keep them down with good technique. Then it's just a matter of draining their stamina which happens faster the larger the body is.

Minowa is my fave fighter of all time. The man's a hero, he would take a fight with a steamroller and he'd try to cartwheel kick it just to give the people what they want. The dude just never gives up.

He brilliantly lured him to the ground in order to avoid the punching power, then reversed him and arm bar. Brilliant moves
