I loved this episode, even more so watching these awful reviews that are unable to get past their bias to the point they have to ignore anything of any value and at points outright lie. It would be frustrating if it wasn't hilarious lol.
And again, The Ncuti Docter cries a lot and someone else has to save 'the princess'. In addition, the Doctor not even tries to save Rogue, which is not in character at all. The whole Show is not in character and can therefore not be considered as real Doctor Who.
How could the doctor have saved rogue? If he sacrificed himself then he would be trapped in an alternate dimension without his Tardis. This would mean that he would be stealing ruby's entire life on earth away from her just to save a guy he only just met. What happened is totally in character for the doctor. No one saved "the princess", "the princess" saved herself. She isn't a doll which needs her big strong doctor hero to save her, she is a capable and worthy companion of the role. If you would like to send any other auto-hate bullshit, please do. I can easily debunk it
Ncuti's Doctor just left Ruby alone with dangerous aliens while he was busy flirting with Rogue. Then he traps her based on flimsy assumptions that she's turned alien. He's written as a very negligent and incompetent hero. Also put aside your gendered insecurity and consider that "strong companion" Ruby is just a regular human going up against deadly aliens and the Doctor has superpowers. So yes, the Doctor is responsible for all his companion's safety. Both male and female.
@@aredblip1315 "Gendered insecurity?" No, he's not a superhero. He's a genius but he's not a superhero, and his human friends wandering off alone is something that all of them do. There's nothing incompetent here, there's not a flimsily assumption, this is all really normal stuff that's hated because it's outside the little box of acceptable media.
@@HarrySwinton-p6j The alien who figured out how to solve the time war by shoving an entire planet into another dimension can't go saving 1 dude? (or even go on a multi-episode adventure across dimensions hunting him down?)
