mangalores = Синдикатот на работниците ???
I hated Ruby for the first 5 seconds he was on screen, then realized how brilliant the actor and role were. He was a vlogger before vloggers existed.
Bruh wayyyyyy too accurate! Probably goes by they/them pronouns as well!
He was meant to be annoying and he hit it out the park
@@DD-zh4by get over it
Well technically, this film takes place in the future so technically he was a follower of vlogging rather than an inspiration
@@onedaycloser2death224 We will not get over election fraud 2020 neither do stop it
I love how the Mangalores each have a unique look while still looking like one race of beings. The amount of love and effort that went into this movie is what helps make it a classic
Wh... Wh... Where did he learn to negotiate like that?
"I wonder..."
Love that line
Me too. My school day copy the lines. 😂
The skywalker school of negotiating
As much the line as the look on his face when he said it 😆😆
I love how Tucker shots that guy in the face and then ask "if he alright" lol 🤣
haha
It’s just a flesh wound!
@@roberthuffer6591
LoL 🤣
Marvin got reincarnated, just to get shot in the face, again.
The most amazing part of that event was nobody in the audience would have ever predicted that this was going to happen in the next minute or so.🥱🥱🥱
“Where did he learn to negotiate like that?” Same place as Liam Neeson in Taken, I’d think.
That is lee evens by the way.
That’s what you call “aggressive negotiations”. 😈
I was thinking 'The Bruce with no name', 'Dirty Bruce' or possibly 'The Enbrucer' but that's cos I'm older than you
@@crazyman8472 true that amen ✊
@@kaligath6616The "Bumbling idiot" typecast.
Idk how Chris Tucker didn’t win a Oscar or Golden Globe for this role! 😂
Agreed.
Foreal bro
What for? He's just being himself.
Because his character is so fkn annoying, that's why.. Ja Ja Binks annoying
I didn't realize tucker when seen this movie long time ago
"Hahaha.. they're not here." Lol.. love the transition.
"Anyone else want to negotiate?" has to be up there along with "I'll be back".
"Anyone else want to negotiate?" Classic!
One of my favourite things about The Fifth Element is that the entire Fhloston Paradise siege is being transmitted live on Ruby Rhod's radio show; the President is one of millions or probably billions listening in across the galaxy
I remember seeing this in the cinema and crying tears of laughter as Ruby was counting and screaming under the table....absolutely legendary, hilarious, crazy film! I've lost count of how many times I've watched it👍
Chris Tucker is a great actor
For me the ultimate scene in this movie is 0:20 , it cracks me up every time and I've seen it hundreds of times "uahahahahaha euh euh they're nawt hee-yor!"🤣
That and LeeLoo Dallas MULTIPASS!
No.Annoyng and stupid.
One of the best action sci-fi movies ever without a doubt
Sad what’s happened to Bruce the last few years…. 😞 to me that’s the worst thing that can happen to a person… loss of one’s self.
Nice French movie 👍
0:19
zorg awkwardly laughs as he freaks out when the stones are missing!
As fun as the action is in this clip, the best part is how clever the transitions are. Diva: Where are the stones? *cut's to Zorg who opens the box and then sad maniacal laughter* Diva: The stones are... in me... *dies*
I think you mean transitions 😊
@@thomaspreudhomme9443 Yikes - thanks for the heads-up on the typo.
It also mirrors the earlier scene in the movie when Leeloo was explaining to Father Cornelius where the stones were and Zorg was getting the case from the Mangalores.
It cuts to Zorg opening the case and saying it’s empty then cuts back to Leeloo’s maniacal laughter
Zorg had yelled at the Mangalores for delivering an empty case and clearly he didn’t learn from that because he too did not check the case before leaving
2:19 Ah, there's the Bruce Willis I know and love.
before the brain rot had set in
@ProteusXF Yep, the part where he jumps off the balcony here is very similar to when his character jumped off the rooftop in the first Die Hard.
@@toomanyaccounts"Brain rot"? l0l soo funi. The same thing will happen to _you_ , dude.
This movie never gets old 😆
"I am very disappointed" never gets old.
"Ehehehehehehehehehahahahahaha...they're not here." always cracks me up
Love the scene transition, after the Commander tries to reassure the President that his man will calm things down, to Korbin running with full blown shootout like that of Nakatomi Plaza shootout.
Of all the films I’ve seen, this is so incredible, and brilliantly directed by Luc Besson.
I started counting the "Oh ma God"s in this scene at 16. I'm 96 now.
"He'll calm things down."
Proceeds to murder the shit out of the baddies.
🤣🤣🤣
Well, they got real calm real fast.
He is quite a peacemaker, is he not?!
You're a lot calmer when you're dead.
"Thanks, ray"
@@genejeffries2888
You're not wrong.
Chris Tucker's character was amazing
5:53 yes, he is. 🤣
I hated him the first 5 seconds he was on screen, then loved him after. He was the first 10 million sub vlogger before that was even a thing.
@@nathancruz9172 5:15 is my favourite part😂😂😂
They were all amazingly well cast
And he was live-streaming the whole time! 😎
This featured Europe's largest indoor explosion at the time. The story goes, the fireball was so large, it set fire to more of the set than planned and almost burnt the studio down.
What was the world's largest in-door explosion then?
@@RussianSevereWeatherVideos You can look it up. Remember this was a long time ago, things change.
5:48
Yup, chris tucker has talent of soprano.
Even explosion can't drawn his...powerful scream LMAO
All these years... so freaking good.
I call it agressive negotiations! 😆
This is my all time favourite film. I lost count of the number of times I've watched it. Somehow seeing little vignettes like this, makes it even more special. Thank you God for this film.
Lee evens as a bell boy just made it even more funny.
We all imagine ourselves as Corbin Dallas, but in reality we would react just as Ruby...
lol.
:'D
I’m okay with this
You don’t know too many gun owners do you?
2:10 Korbin's idea of stealth is the same as mine, at least in video games.
Korbin went into John McCalne mode
This is what happens when you send in a marine to do a CIA ops job 😂
Where did he learn to negotiate like that? 😂🤣
I wonder!!😂😂😂😂😂
Badass academy.
God I love this movie. Tucker made this movie even better. His best role imho.
Korben Dallas the universes best negotiator.
lol that line cracks me up
I'm surprised he didnt say: Yippee Ky Yay you....
I thought that honor befell Obi-Wan Kenobi.
I think if you would replace one actor in this movie it would break apart like a perfect masterpiece
Is this you idea of a discrete operation? Get me every time. LOL
This movie holds up so well
Just think, Corbens mom would have been listening to Rubies broadcast haha
I love how the upper roof is vulnerable to gunfire but the billiards table isn't ;)
That bar table is even sturdier!
Must be one thick sheet of slate.
I said after the Die Hard movie in NY with the terrorist stealing all the gold that the next Die Hard movie would be on a cruise ship, wasn't that far off.
I absolutely love this movie. There isn't a part of it that I couldn't watch over and over again. Even with some of my favourite films, there are parts that I just won't watch as I feel they bring nothing to the party, but this is my ultimate guilty pleasure.
Mul-tee-pass......
My old fencing instructor could scream just like Ruby. It was great haha
Screams like bitch, can cut your heart out as easily as writing his name.
This dude sounds like he would’ve been a riot to hang out with. Treasure that moment my dude.
How come most modern action sci fi is nowhere as good as this? think movies were made differently back then.
Actually this movie did poorly in the U. S. only when they began to screen it in Europe and the rest of the world, this movie gain popularity, more and less what happening now with Valerian and the City Thousand Planets, I think that Luc Besson should have learned his lesson that the U. S. citizens isn't used to science fiction like this, weird, bizarre but full of charm.
@@TheKeyser94 Even though it wasn't as big a hit commercially in the U.S. I do clearly remember a lot of electronics stores at the time using this movie to demonstrate their state of the art TVs, due to the amazing visual FX in the movie.
i admit I didnt appreciate this movie properly when it first came out. It is a masterpiece of acting, production design wardrobe and cinematography
The white ball is the important one, after all those epic scenes lmao.
inolvidable. entretenida. ritmo frenetico. grandes actuaciones
ian holm ( luego lo verias en el señor de los anillos )
bruce willis
el gran gary oldman
chris tucker - el inolvidable ruby
la voz inconmensurable de diva plavalaguna ( la soprano Inva Mula-Çako )
Bruce Willis such a badass
I love Ruby Rhodd
He's the little sister I never had.
R.I.P. Mangalorians. This is the way.
One of my favourite movie scenes ever. 👏👏👏
0:19 when your out on a trip but you forgot your phone
Where did he learn to negotiate like that?
I wonder... taps table impatiently...
4:36 *WACK-A-MANGALORE*
👏🏼🤣👏🏼🤣👏🏼🤣👏🏼🤣👏🏼🤣👏🏼🤣
How can you not love this movie it’s so ridiculously good 😂
Brion James (2:16) was a good actor , As well as Tommy Lister Jr. both great actors that are performing on the silver screen in the afterworld somewhere.
If COVID 19 never existed Tiny Lister would still be alive
Nice shootin’, Tex. 😎
The Fifth Element: So bad, yet so good. So corny, but so entertaining. I've seen it a dozen times and will see it a dozen more if I can! Muhl-tee-pass!
Bad?
MOT de passe
My wife says "This movie knew what it was" and that's why the corny doesn't hurt it. It's got a vibe, and it stays perfectly in harmony with that. Great movie!
Why does so much of this movie remind me of Doctor Who (in a good way)
If I could have played any character in the movie it would have been Ruby Rohd. That looks like that would have been so much fun.
Chris Tucker screaming like that was half of the movie.
It's funny how Corben signaled Ruby to move away then catapulted that guy and Ruby ended up screaming
Ray, the gun, not the balls
i always loved the movie
The explosion set fire to part of the studio in England where it was filmed. Took several hours to put it out. :D
That's is some strong bar counter. Able to still stop bullets. 😅
Like any car door.
Got to... watch this... again...
Fr this movie is a must watch
5:52 me too.
This is one of the best action scenes of all time.
You'd think something called creature features would acknowledge the designers and creators of the featured creatures. Sadly, this is not the case.
The Power of Negotiation. I love the way he negotiates.
Great clip!
JUST BRILLIANT!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣! YOU JUST CAN'T FAULT IT !!!
In the olden days when this first came on on DVD, if you hit a TV store, every one of them.was showing this film. I think Luc's Veratasium needed a great score. It died in it's last third because of it. But the first half of that film is still a wonder. The French approach to visuals just had an extra kick.
6:46 When you have aim assist in Call of Duty
One of my fav movies!
Same marksmanship training as Star Wars troopers
Can I say dubbed in Italian is amazingly fantastic? ❤
2:14 "Don´t worry, Sir..." hahahaha
The best negotiator in. 😂 the universe
Ask Tom cruise on tropical thunder they don’t negotiate 😂😂
A real journalist at work.
I love this movie so much.
Me gustaría saber cómo llegaron esas piedras al interior del estómago de la diva 🤔🤭😏
Popperasos a niveles más allá de los terrícolas 😆
This is a great sci-fi movie with a comic book sense of humor that never got it's proper due.
Chris tucker not being the main attraction of this movie shows how awesome it is. He is in rare form here.
This movie was so much fun to watch.... except for that screaming from Chris Tucker. But, i guess he was just doin' the lines given to him
The scream scene its the Best jajahahhaxaca
2:34 always reminds me of the first die hard movie.
Great movie!
😅that "Right there!" as their leader drops always makes me laugh
What an instant classic!
The style....oh the style.
2:39
Callback to 'Die Hard' when John jumps off the roof of Nakatomi Plaza. : )
5:26 Grenade thrown and armed Instruction given to count to ten.
5:42 Boom.
That's a long ten seconds.
Love that movie
1:04 Having Ruby's shaking hand on the gun rather than the calm, firm grip of Corben must have scared the mangalore even much, MUCH more
YOU MEAN THE STONES ARE IN ME ?
back when movies were worth watching
I live in Mangalore and we for sure don't look like that 😂
Amazing scene. And the movie.
I remember thinking she was being metaphorical and deep when she said, “the stones are in me” right when he takes the deep dive
The 90's were just the best for action sequences.
6:03 THATS HOLYWOOD
