Hello, Wonderful series. Thank you! I wanted to ask if you can please share something for bulk create/delete of sharepoint list items efficiently using microsoft power automate. It will be really helpful.
@@JonJLevesque I most certainly did! I have a step in my flow to update file properties in the same source doc library (require doc check in/out) to show that doc is routing status. This video is good use case to capture audit and routing status separately. I'm trying to do all in one library with metadata columns. So...If I keep as is, I'm struggling with what to do when the flow is triggered but a different user forgot to check in the document prior to flow launch. As owner I know I can manually check in the doc through SP, but would be great if flow could handle checking in another users doc through the Service Account I have set up (also an owner). I'm hoping if I reconfig data connections for run only users to use the service account data connections instead of individual users license that it might work? 😬 (Flow is established through svc acct so it stays with my company, few users have run only permissions, an SP has minimal contrbutors permissions) TMI... Wish me luck!
Very good. Love the audit log.
