Kate is so knowledgeable about fabric, style, and tailoring; she always wows me. I also wish I could pull off her hair style. She may be the only person I know that can wear it and look great!

I was born and raised in Okinawa Japan, discovered L word when i was in highschool. I learned English from the show as well lol. Also, I love that leasha was born in Okinawa and it makes me proud to be born there even more haha. I'm now living in upstate NY and listening to pants every Wednesday. Thank you two for this wonderful podcast! It brings me happiness in my life ❣️

I dropped my phone in like 2015 and the screen completely died. I just went a few years without a phone. It was amazing. I only had a laptop, so it was just like the 90s when we just had landlines, and when you're out, you're out...when you get home, you check your emails. People get over it quickly, not having you constantly at their communication mercy. I wouldn't go back on purpose, but if it ever happened again, I'd welcome the break.

it is so like sitting with your friends and chatting shiz, anyone else get right into the jeans conversation and would have happy had that go on a bit more. these episodes are way too short, but then I think there isn't a too long with these two, I could sit all day listening to them. and laughing when they are over things its like your really there in the chat. love it, best 30 min break from work I ever have each week

9:22 SO TRUE ! I got to travel very young and I'm very thankful that all I had was a lonelyplanet. I would call home once a week from a payphone in the street. Not even to say Im safe, but because I could talk to my grandma about my travels. I had a lucky star. 🌟

I look forward to the new videos being released every week, but the times they are released in Japan vary. Sometimes they are released really early, sometimes at lunchtime, and sometimes I watch them secretly while at work. 😁Are there set times for them to be released in America? I subscribe to the channel so I don't miss any, but when they are being released simultaneously I have to scramble to translate them. There are no subtitles either. Today was a national holiday in Japan, so I was able to watch them at my own pace. I'm already looking forward to next week's release. It's so great to see Kate and Leisha's cheerful smiles every time. Thank you. By the way, does Leisha still remember Japanese?

I miss simpler times. People bother you for stupid s*** all the time now. Boundaries aren't respected anyway. I had a boss who texted me at almost 10 p.m. that I was working the next day (I had worked with her all day by the way.) I let it be known I was not happy. I no longer work there (for multiple reasons.) People need to respect personal time/space. Every once in a while I say I'm going back to a landline. I can still get one in my area, and my old phone number is still available.
I hate it, I have to order clothes online cuz there's hardly any stores in my area. So many misses, and with the cost of shipping, sometimes it's not worth returning. I have a weird shape and I'm short. Kate, there are no good tailors in my area anymore. Plus, I can't afford it anymore. Don't tell me to learn to sew, I broke a sewing machine in home ec as a teen 😂

Yeah Kate has no hips; something I have always wanted. Like when girls were growing breasts, I was growing hips. All that aside, I just love this breakdown. Having worked in the fashion industry, I can relate to all this talk about clothes that FIT!!!!❤🩷👖
