Both the knees are paining severly. Synovial fluid & membrane gone out. Could not walk. I would like to know is there any excercises if any. Kindly inform me. Thank you.

Doctor.after few month I didn't use chair sitting.only for mat ground .now days I sit chair ,I couldn't sit 15mint heavy leg pain shoulder back pain.how to handle get my old strength?😮

Can I sit in the carpet floor with some cushion like bedsheets while I have little low hip back pain or best to sit in the chair when I want to do my office work sir.

Well, My advice will be to sit in chair with proper lumbar back support. Every 20 minutes get up from that chair and walk for 5 minutes. Then come back and continue your work. Suppose if you sit on floor with improper support you will get pain much sooner. That's why I am asking you to use chair
@@drkarthik Thank you so much sir. I have pain last two weeks. But pain relief get better day by day. I am going physiotherapy alternate days. When I walk or stand long time pain radiates to my left legs. I consulted doctors here and she advised physiotherapy. I am in Canada sir, but here I consult my family physician only. Since I have little pain come and goes, I am continuing my work. Bit worried that pain is for two weeks. Anyway thanks for your advice sir.
