Or the famous “They got picked up by some random person I didn’t know” We have a case right now in Lincoln NE that a couple had a fight and his husband said he left after an argument. Tyler’s been missing for months now with zero sign of him 🤨
Second case seems easy to solve if she scratched him, dna under fingernails or many who stab cut themselves so again, dna ...seems no interest in solving
I don't understand the cut-off boot in Jessica's story. If Jerry knew about the boot, which was at the scene, how 1) could he have last seen Jessica a few days before, and 2) could he have been at work on boar-hunting day? (Being at work all all also makes the boar-hunting day photo of the boat hitched to Jerry's vehicle at the gas station inexplicable.) Of course, someone has considered all this. Wonder how they explained it. What would the motive be for the Kimes to kill Jacqueline? Seems unlikely to me but maybe some kind of identity theft? I am apparently incredibly dense today...🤔
Your episodes are always appreciated. I love that these old cases, solved and unsolved, are getting attention. These peoples stories still need to be told. ❤
The prosecutors must have ironclad evidence before bringing charges. If not, in most democratic countries you get one chance at a prosecution. If you fail you can never prosecute again. P.S. The framers of the US Constitution put that in the US Constitution which was different than the British Constitution where the powers that be could try and retry some one. It's like lawfare today.
My personal thoughts on the cases. Case 1) I think Jessica was murderd by her boyfriend while he was high. Case 2) Kim Joes's Ex husband was upset he lost custody and had to pay up for his son, and once his son was at college, he took her out as she wouldn't be in the way. It ticks me off, they have everything perfectly linked for a case, they just threw it out because "It conflicted interests" BS if you'd tell me. It's sad to see that innocent person who couldn't put up with abuse, got murderd by her abuser, and he got away with murder pretty much. Cases 3-5) I don't think there alive anymore, if they have been found they are likely jane/john does that remain unidentified. I love your videos, and the first 2 were very intregging, probably because they have more info. But with little no evidence their likely never too be solved, sadly.
I really don't think any of these case's were investigated very well. And it doesn't sound like they searched very hard for the first woman, sure they drained the canal but did they search any radius from her footprints? And obviously there's something amiss, the man first said he borrowed a boat, then said it didn't happen, and why didn't they search the area where the dopehead said the two men had killed her and buried her?? That is pretty crazy.
With Timothy, it would be interesting to know if they believe that Bear had wandered to the other location or was left there. I am not sure how far away that is from his car or from his mom’s place. Very interesting….. thank you for always keeping these stories alive and out there. I hope that one day they are all solved ❤
Okay, I'm pissed first you allegedly let your girlfriend walk alone towards a highway. Then you wait 12 hours to report her missing? Leaving her purse and her phone? Really nawl never! Then in 2023 you change your story saying that you were working and everything that you said before was not true! The police really dropped the MF Ball on this one! Jen Barbie comes forward ward to tell her story which sounds totally believable But she is not! I get so MF tired of people not wanting to believe in those who might have a drug problem or some kind of mental issue. Why do people have that mentality of not wanting to hear or trust the words of people who are on drugs or have some type of mental issue. It burns me TF up!! I'm sorry Southern girl and to everyone reading my comment because I am pissed but my heart hurts so bad because he has gotten away with murder. You have a woman's purse, phone clothes and you change your story man GTFOH! Lord, all I can do is cry about Jessica. I haven't even finished the video but I had to comment. This is F*****G insanely ridiculous!! 😢😡💔💔 I mean this story has really gotten to me. 🙏🏾 Jessica 🙏🏾
How do they figure there's no evidence of foul Play you've got two different stories from him you found her jacket and shoes and items along the river I don't think people just throw their s*** in the river
Thank you so much for doing these stories especially the one of Midge Ponds! I knew her & loved her! She was my friend & was a cheerleader @ Reform School, Pickens County High School (Tornadoes). Her brother was a football player. My family knew there family. I also used to date her brother. Their father was one of my Aunts husband that lived in Aliceville, Al. Thank you so so much for remembering her in these stories!
Case 5...was he born '57 or '67? Only asking bc if born '57... it'll make him 34(going on 35) in '92 instead of 24. Only stating bc i like to calculate how long someone has been missing or deceased that's still unsolved
I’ve seen _numerous_ suspected killers tweak the stories they’re trying to feed investigators but these are *small* tweaks, *tiny* tweaks and although the person usually is guilty, making a small change in a story doesn’t necessarily mean that one is. However, changing your WHOLE damn story so that the former and the latter do not resemble each other in any way, well, that makes you look guilty as hell. It might only be circumstantial evidence but it still speaks volumes. Oh, so you actually weren’t in a boat that day? Oh, so you weren’t even with Jessica that day? Oh, so you were actually at work that day? Oh, so not only did you not see her that day but you actually hadn’t seen her in days? Well… gee… thanks for clearing that up. 😒
I love the comments on here. You all do know that solving crimes isn't anything like the movies and tv. Even when DNA and fingerprints and whatnot found at crime scenes doesnt automatically mean that person committed the crime. Theres a lot that goes into these murder cases. If they willy nilly these cases, a lot more murderers will go free, never to be prosecuted in future court cases. Please keep that in mind.
Always an incredible job! My favorite days of the week are Tues and Thurs all bc of you! My mom loves you, too. Keep up the excellent work 🎉❤ no one else compares to SG‼️
Jacqueline Levits story is messed up. Thats damn usless cops so inept to say "welp the murder didn't stay here WITH the body so that wraps up our investigation" is ABSOLUTE BS.
That's an odd conclusion. That's not what was said at all. If her body was tossed in the Mississippi River, it will likely never be found. It's difficult to solve a case without a body. Because the case happened almost 30 years ago, maybe updates in forensics can help get it solved one day.
Could the furniture store heiress been killed in revenge by employees of her late husband? They could have tried to make it look like a robbery gone wrong. They would have a motive because she fired them.
@@LauraKnotek I was thinking whoever she hired to do the extensive remodeling of the house. Maybe she trusted the worker with keys or maybe they were there working when she left and she got back home sooner than what they were planning and caught them going through her stuff. It had to be someone with another vehicle (work truck) to take her away from the house.
The first two cases are either incompetence by the Investigators or bribes? When there is this much circumstantial evidence there has to be a remedy sought. I mean they both were killed, and the most likely suspect is just free for now? Refusing to cooperate in these cases should when they are the Prime and usually the Only suspect they should have to serve a Major Time Out. Allow investigators a look while they are locked up and listen to calls, etc., build the case they need to convict. Sorry if the "Rights" Crowd hate it, but no one has the Right to Murder.

“She got out and started walking. That’s the last time I saw her”…..Says every guy that kills somebody
So true
Same as said by the woman
or we had argument and she stormed out of house
Yup
Or the famous “They got picked up by some random person I didn’t know”

Story 1: If the boat had no motor and no oars, how did Jerry go back? (Upstream, I presume.) And, "Nope, never happened," is not much of a defence.
Yes!! I am from Mississippi. No one goes out on a River like this!
Jerry knows where she is
I agree 💯
Yep
Most definitely, I think that Jerry did something to her
Whether Jessica "walked off" or not, there is no doubt Jerry is responsible for her death. As in: he murdered her.
He definitely killed her.

Always exciting to see a new notification 🙌🏼
Who in the Hell would jump into a boat with no oars and no motor and go adrift, That's silly, Jerry knows exactly where she is.
So disturbing that people are out there who have committed murder

I doubt that Jessica was even near that boat, it was a way for him to lead people away from the real location.
Number one, complete story change is grounds for investigation/arrest/contempt charge something
Oh the stories people tell. Um! 🙏 for all the lost.
Do more unsolved please. And Alabama again. My dad's friend Grady Baber's murder is unsolved when there was a witness. News reports on UA-cam.
Ok
Yes please!

I never knew Midge, but she went missing from a store we went to all the time growing up. So sad that it has never been really solved. Just rumors.
I think I keep coming back to hear you say “one”. It’s so cute.😆😘
I am sure in case #1 the police don't care because she was a drug addict. We see this ALL THE TIME and it is terrible.
Story 1: Why didn’t they test the shovel or porch?
Could you look into a Mrs. Lynn Holeman Dean? It's an unsolved case in my hometown that happened over 50 years ago that nobody talks about.
Ok
Good afternoon SGCS ❤

You’re really good at this. Thanks for the stories!
Thanks for listening

I am from union county and every time i cross that bridge I think about Jessica getting justice.
I was born in Gpt. Ms and lived next to Timmy W momma in Sand Hill and I know what his friends did to him!
What's so good about the good ol boys anyway. It's very cold this time of year.
Thanks for highlighting these cases 💐 may the victims and their families find peace and the perpetrators suffer in this life and the next.
What a tragedy that Trevor found out about his father, it must have damaged him greatly
U should have included the Jessica Chambers murder
I covered her in my first Mississippi video
They probably had to cut her boot off after she was dead. It’s hard to get a rubber boot off a stiff foot.
Great video as always. ❤
