Agreed. Also, the several billion dollar judgment the judge made against Josh was a mockery to the family. The school would have been able to make payments to the family if they were found liable, but the judge likely knew Josh would never be able to pay.

Lots of people doing dirty deeds and don’t want the cops snooping around cuz they don’t want to go to jail. Very few people would risk prison for themselves to help someone find a missing family member unfortunately.

In the case of Ty that judge was an idiot. The college knew Josh had been charged with sexual assault elsewhere, he sexually harassed two people at their college and he kicked in his roommate's door but he found them not liable because they couldn't have known he would become violent?! They knew all of this and still didn't expel him from the college. They were liable in the case of her death right along with that creep. Also he should have to serve 100% of his sentence. He is a repeat violent sex offender and a murderer and he won't change.

The first case sounds open and shut. With all those charges, they 'couldn't have foreseen'? They just didn't care. And guys who can't remember where they left a body just piss me off. Just wasn't important enough to stick in your mind, eh? And if your friends get drunk, take care of them.

    • @TheRoadhammer379

Kicking in a dorm door isn't enough to remove him. Allegations of abuse are just that... allegations. Schools open themselves up to lawsuits if they run with allegations and not facts. I think he should have been removed too but as I stated above, extenuating circumstances.

Parents "protecting" their kids from consequences while openly knowing that they have predatory behavior is doing them a great injustice and also is an injustice to the families that will most certainly be harmed later.
Turn your kids in!!! You are not helping them!!!

I watch your channel and that of the Crime Hound which mainly deals with John and Jane Does that have recently been identified. I hope that one day one of her stories helps solve one of your no body crimes. I am so glad that these young women’s murderers have finally been brought to justice. Thank you 💖

The first case makes me sick to my stomach because some of the towns he was sentenced in ranges 30 mins to an 1.5 hours away from myself and my family. He was a predator that should never have been let go on the streets again. My heart breaks for every single girl he attacked and I hope all of them as well as their families have justice and peace as much as they can.
Also Case 3 of Jessica makes me sick to my stomach as well because if you’ve ever been to Omaha you know only certain parts of that town is safe to be in! Nebraska doesn’t have very strict laws when it comes to pedos living among us especially when it comes to them harming kids 19 and under. It’s so sad drug dealers get more time then predators do! I write every single legislation person I can find a letter every single week trying to get my voice heard because my son was a victim to a female predator and laws need to be changed in every state! I really truly pray all these families in every case can keep having hope one day they will find their children and bring them home!

Probably prideful revenge. But they're making a foolish choice. I know Jesus is real, and that means hell is real (Jesus mentions hell way more than Heaven in the Holy Bible). If they don't tell the truth and repent, they're gonna regret it for the rest of their eternal existence, alone, in a stinky dark cell or cage of fire. Shoot, I'd rather spill the beans and deal with the humiliation, and hate and solitude in prison for a lifetime than spend one second in hell.

Regardind Denise's case... Sean said he asked some friends for help moving her body, so... Did police get the names of any of those friends? Is the Johnson's property owned by any of Sean's friends or friends' family? To me that is the biggest question, because if Sean was friend of a Johnson family's member, I think it's pretty plausible that her body is/was there (it could have been moved since)

I hope that the POS from the first case is making nice nice with all his friends in Prison, who hopefully are teaching him all about keeping hands to himself and his 🍌. I hope Ty's family has peace and I am glad her family got justice, but still the college shoud have received money...no offense I assume that little college could not handle a $200,000 lawsuit, cause that would just shut the school down, but at least there would be responsiblity for letting a rapist roam the halls. It clearly states on a college application "HAVE YOU BEEN CONVICTED OF A CRIME?" did the school even check, I wonder, because they are responsible.

  • @annehersey9895
    @annehersey9895 Рік тому +4

The first case is a PERFECT example of exactly what is wrong with our criminal justice system in the US. You send someone with multiple proven offenses and some as yet unproven to 71 years-EXCELLENT-the time serves the crime. BUT, then you totally dismiss the severity of the crime by him being eligible for Parole in 35 years! That is ridiculous! One should have to serve the entire damn sentence. If that's no legal then at least 2/3 of your sentence not just 1/2!!! And NO getting out early for good behavior! It's really easy for a sex offender of the opposite sex to have good behavior in prison because you don't have any women around, you aren't exposed to the normal stressors in real life and you know if you behave you get out early. So none of that. It is the exact same story with Ewing who murdered his wife for money! He got a life sentence and yet was let out, not even paroled after just 21 years-Ridiculous! Evelyn had to serve a life sentence so Ewing should have too!

Hide in their unmarked vehicles waiting for someone to drive .000000000001 miles per hour over the posted limit? OMG someone is driving 10 mph over the limit, that is SO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than taking a few hours looking for a missing person. Every single time I think I can actually give cops 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000001 ounce of respect, they demand I stop respecting them by being pieces of sh1t and refusing to invest a few minutes to do some detective work.

It’s disgusting the lies these scumbags like #1 Josh tell about their victims. “She was suicidal, maybe pregnant…”

I remember seeing the Jessica O’Grady case closer to the time of the crime. I remember Chris’s dad coming off as VERY shady. As in I got the vibe he helped bury the body. And the family was very defensive of Chris, denied everything, and kept offering up other suspects. It occurred to me I may have been thinking of the Paul Flores case…

All 5 cases discussed here make 4 great examples of the high number of mistakes made by BOTH guilty parties AND/or LE during the course of any investigation. (Such a racket and a disgrace. Shameful.)

May the power of the one’s face, voice & presence that is left behind haunt them for the rest of their life and drive them crazy for not giving the place they left the victim. I believe (imo) that that’s part of the justice that they should get & live with until their time comes. And if it follows them into the ever after so be it. 🕊 🥀 RIP for those who are still “lost” to their loved ones. And for those that believe they’re NOT LOST to the Lord above, I believe that he watches over them until they are found. 💔 (These are my beliefs, so any negative comments about this keep it to yourself this is not about you. It’s for the ones of us who do believe in God.) Peace to all though 🕊

No offense but police are not the babysitters of college age children. Raise your children to be responsible instead of damn near blackout, stumbling home drunk. I am not blaming Kristin but I am calling out her parents.

I SO LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR COVERAGE OF SOLVED AND UNSOLVED CASES 💯 YOU'RE THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I was wondering if at all possible could you cover at least one of these cases: Alonzo Brooks and Tiffany Valiente off of the Netflix series Unsolved Mysteries and/or Rasheem Carter who went missing after traveling to a job in what's considered a sundown town. I know you're a busy person and just a thought. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO. STAY BLESSED🌻
