Re: the existance of demons, I find it interesting that a lot of "spiritual" people believe in angels, spirit guides, ie. the good side, but deny that also might be a dark side as well.
Jimmy is a living encyclopedia 👍 Ave Maria.
I always had some form of sleep Paralysis. At some point this Paralysis turned into outright demons, sexually assaulting and biting me. I could not belief it at first. But in the end I had to admit that Demons are real. The demons were getting more frisky/malicious and one time in desperation I called out for Jesus. It STOPPED immediately FOR GOOD.
So I slowly accepted Jesus was Lord and everything in the Bible was true and following Jesus is not something done half-heartedly so now I am baptized in the Catholic Church.
You have been extremely prolific lately, Jimmy. Thanks a lot for your work!
God bless you Jimmy. I am studying the catholic apologist course. Its amazing. Demons are real and so is evil. This world is riddled. Thank god we can't see them
Thank God for You Jimmy, thank you for all you do for Christendom. Love from Ireland 🇮🇪.
The transducer argument for the brain is brilliant! I am absolutely going to be borrowing this approach.
this man thinks beyond!! I'm so happy that he goes into catholicism very profoundly
Jimmy Akin is very entertaining and knowledgeable in debate and recalling bible verses, and research. But most of all even with the big cowboy hats and Southwestern stuff, he is very easy for people to understand difficult religious concepts. Good Job Jimmy
2:22 I paused the video at this spot to focus on writing something. Ten minutes later, the video inexplicably unpaused without me pressing anything. And Jimmy says “…it uses the word ‘Shedim’ which is the Hebrew word for ‘demon’” Freaked me out 😂
God bless you Sir ❤
Thank you Jimmy
Thank you from Sweden👋!
Good Morning Jimmy!
so good, thank you for your hard work!
Great episode!
Thank you Brother Jim!❤
Nice content jimmy..keep up the good work brother..
Thanks again, Jimmy.
When I was in the Anglican Communion, we always received both the Body and Blood of Jesus in the Eucharist. I love being Catholic, but boy do I miss that!
You don't receive the Eucharist now that you're catholic?
@@privateeyebrows8598 I go to a parish of the Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter, which are basically Catholic parishes set up to absorb conservative Anglicans converting to Catholicism and the liturgy is Anglican rite. During the Anglican rite communion, the host is dipped in the chalice of wine, and so you’re taking the host with the blood of Christ together. I have not been to a Novus Ordo Mass since I was a child in the 90s/00s, but my understanding is that communion is taken in the hand with no wine, with the wine reserved for the priest only. This is as far as I know regarding the Novus Ordo so I might not be 100% accurate, but I think that’s what the person meant by the comment, is that they miss taking the bread AND wine in an Anglican style Mass.
@BrainySteez Most Novus Ordo masses that I have been to offer the bread, which can be received on the tongue or hand, and the wine, which can be received separately after consuming the bread. I have never been to mass in Britain, though, so it may different.
@@privateeyebrows8598 Ah, I see. I didn’t know you had the option of the wine in a NO Mass. The ordinariate parish I go to is in Texas, but as far as I know it’s very similar to any conservative Anglican Mass around the world, except of course it’s missing some well known classical Anglican features (e.g. the book of common prayer).
The Eucharist itself is both the body and the blood of Jesus. Whenever you receive the host you have received the body and the blood. What you miss is the dipping of the host in the communion cup but you have received both the body and the blood of Christ even when you have received the host only
Thank you for a great show!
Thanks for this information
Great job Jimmy!
Thank you 😊
I've done self deliverance on myself. I've felt things come off my body.
What prayers did you use?
Thank you.
Canada has a State religion: the Anglican Church of Canada. Prior to Dominion (when Canada was granted self governance during the reign of the young Queen Victoria), the official State religion was the Anglican Church headed by the Monarch. I don't know all the ins and outs of the workings, but the official religion hasn't been abolished as far as I know. It's a surprise to most people, even Canadians.
Hey Jimmy, my family hails from Russelville and Crosset Arkansas. I have some that live in Fayetteville too.
The way the exorcist explained my wifes exorcism was that the demon leaves an empty hole when it is exorcised. It's up to us to fill that void with good and holy things, otherwise, the evil might take root again and lead to the need for followup exorcisms.
I knew a demon once. Wore a nice suit, knew his Bible, and had an unshakable faith that Jesus was the Son of God. However, his will was turned entirely toward himself and against God's will.
Was it Pat Robertson?
?
Sounds like someone I know very well. Please pray for me.
That is exactly the problem with Faith Alone or once saved always saved... Its the denial of free will and the ability to turn away from God, like Satan or the pharisees that blasphemed against the holy spirit.
Benny Hinn? ;)
Amen 🙏
Jimmy, Everytime I watch your show I want to rock some ZZ Top. If you see this, can you do something on why music is secular, or why some music is secular? I love Aerosmith, and various other rock n roll. How do I know what is considered secular? Thank you
Not sure if it'l be fully applicable to your question, but the Vatican has a document called Musicam Sacram which goes into sacred music and that sort of thing. Might help you out!
I don't bother watching till the end before liking😅
I have to say, Jimmy, I notice your southern drawl dropping in here and there. :)
It's inconsistent at the moment as I'm settling back into life in the Ozarks and my speech is changing. It will settle with time.
@@JimmyAkin The Ozarks are so beautiful! I spent some time there at the lake and went spelunking. Very fun!
@@JimmyAkinWelcome back and hello from my mountain top.

Rudolph Steiner talks about the physical incarnation of Ahriman, just as Lucifer did in Asia. Perhaps AI will play a big part in the incarnation of Ahriman.
Woah. 22 minutes ago.... woah.
A DEMON MADE ME COMMENT!
nah, just joking. 🙂

The white House.!!!!!!
Your best evidence isn’t remotely scientific
What do you mean? You can apply scientific methods to test these reports
@@Jhhhf4479 no you can't because science deals with the natural world, not the supernatural
No evidence at all, just the delusoins of cultists. It's curious how no one is bothered by "demons" except those who believe in them.
Satan won’t bother unbelievers as he already won the soul. The Church has a ministry of exorcism that goes back 2,000 years. Dive into history, I recommend it.
☦️Also, Robert Sungenis has just released another video exposing & dismantling your secularist views & will release another one refuting both yours & White's unchristian arguments in reviewing your debate. I suggest you stop showing everyone you are affraid & agree to debate our beloved Sungenis...
You're not even a catholic, by spamming this here you're just proving that fideism is an annoying and unchristian approach to the truth.
Don't you mean Sugondis?
@@lastnamefirstname850 No, I mean Robert Sungenis, the true Roman Catholic not the imposters of Catholic Answers. Your profile pic explains everything we say about Akin & his followers. Repent...
@@easternRomanOrthodox Why is a he a "true" Catholic as opposed to someone who follows Church teaching? He seems more of a poser to me because he speaks out of both sides of his mouth.
@@easternRomanOrthodox Wow I didn't know that "you" whatever/whoever you are say that Jimmy Akin & his followers really like the art of Zbigniew Beksiński, but hey, the more you know.
☦️First off, it says it in Psalms not in Deuteronomy (in Deuteronomy it says that some pagans worship demons שדים), secondly in Psalms it says "idols" not demons, so your English translations are pathetic. Lastly, what do you think the sons of God (fallen angels) in Genesis & Job are? Not to mention John's descriptions in the Gospel, teaching about Abhadon (lost אבדון) for example, the angel in charge in hell. Pure ignorance by Akin, again...
Orthodox and Catholics are friends especially in the middle east were Christ was from, newly converted orthodox - (former protestants) won't change this fact. 😊
@@biddyearly9262 We sure are, and therefore we traditional Catholic/Orthodox must reject modernist innovators such as Lofton, Akin, Horn, Jonathan Pegeau, "fr." Freeman, David Bentley Hart, modern Thomists & others, so that we could finally work on healing our schism🙏❤️
Chill or start your own channel😅
@@bluemoon2264 Stop saying "chill" like American secularists. You only prove you are the Lofton types who don't take your faith seriously & don't follow the Church fathers. And yes, actually I will create the greatest Christian channel on earth & will teach how to understand the OT in the original Hebrew.
@easternRomanOrthodox tsk, tsk .. I'll have to say there isn't any proof that shows I don't follow our Church Fathers.
Again, let me suggest you take in a deep breath of God's refreshing love, hold in His compassion for a bit and then slowly expell His Mercy.
If you have been gifted comprehension of Hebrew, please don't forget it has been wrapped with humility and bowed with responsibility. Many people have left what remaining remnants of their beliefs in God aside after they were shamed and discounted by raging, arrogant zealots. Not saying you are, though I may have picked up that scent, just wanting to lend caution if you do intend on making your own channel. May God bless your endeavor ❤️
