God refused, saying "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Sometimes relief is not according to the Lord's will. Demons hate us so much because they hate the choice they made and want us to suffer along with them.
They hate us because God created us to be His children. And we are higher ranking than them and have authority over them.

Anything we were initially created for, was sabotaged by Lucifer when Eve and Adam ate the forbidden fruit.

It took me decades to remove that constant self-loathing and rage at my mistakes. After meeting dozens of wonderful Catholics in Sheffield, that blaze has been gradually put out.
This was profound, I'm born into a Christian family, less importantly, a reformed christian. I have the problem of self loathing, im 46 years old and have 5 kids. The effects of self hatred and judgement have not been good. Hearing this was mind boggling.
Look up scriptures about God's Peace, His Love for us, and who we are in Christ Jesus. Read them. Meditate on them to make your faith grow so that you will know that God loves you as much as He loves Jesus, and wants the best for you. Then you will have God's peace.
Never believe a Catholic priest. This one is full of crap. Demons are not Fallen Angels.
Your feelings are BECAUSE of the crap that has been forced on you since a child not because of "demons" or anything of the sort. You will always feel this way until you walk away from it and wake up.
If Jesus commanded us to love our enemies, we should also love ourselves. To do otherwise demeans His sacrifice as he gave his life out of love for us all. If it is true that Demons fell from Grace because they rejected their task, then we should be cautioned to accept our task. Our task is to acknowledge our sin and accept His sacrifice. Peace.

I see that is why demons wants us to hate ourselves, our nature, to suffer as they do. Gotta help those who suffers denials such as gender dysphoria (to name one).
Please note: people with gender dysphoria do not hate themselves, neccesarily, initially. Conservative Christians teach them to hate themselves.

I am not religious but there is indeed something different in someone who is living with purpose rather than just living day to day. I live day to day very little enjoyment and the worst part is knowing why. Wasting the life were given. Like he said about the demons it does make you wanna cry.
Pray this prayer honestly: "Jesus, if you are real, reveal yourself to me." And pray it often.
You need to understand that YESHUA is THE perfect gentleman. HE will never force you to believe in HIM. It is your free choice, but in the end all must bow and confess that HE is KING of Kings and LORD of Lords. So you can have it your way, live your life and die. Or you can have it HIS way and submit to HIM so you can have eternal life through HIM. You know that we all have to submit to someone. You either serve YESHUA or the god of this world (hasatan). So when you choose to be an atheist you also do the will of satan and serve him. As long as you live not with YESHUA you serve the serpent, willingly or not. There are just two sides, no grey zones. Its simple. And every religion is false, i mean literaly every one of them. HE is a personal GOD and you can have communication with HIM. You do not need any rituals, special days, buildings, statues (false idols), you name it.
The serpent is different, the serpent will use anything especially fear to trick you into some corner. Fear is a great manipulator since it will activate your survival mode and you will do things you wont do normaly, thats exactly what is happening on a big scale in this last days. Thats a topic for another day. But when you understand you are protected by HIM and there is nothing to fear, it makes you free. True freedom will never be in this world. Only YESHUA can give you true freedom.

You know that hell is a horrible place because it is for all those who refused to have connection with their CREATOR. So they are departed for eternity from YHWH. So if you having a rough time it is THE HOLY SPIRIT (RUACH HAKODESH) that is crying out loud for some change in your life. Your life, your body is your temple. HE wants us to be a living sacrifice unto HIM for HIS honor and glory. So there is no reason to waste it, submit it and become a new creation in HIS will, led by THE RUACH HAKODESH.
So if you realy want some change you have to give YESHUA a real honest chance, HE will change your heart. Then you will understand. You can also start to pray for a heart after HIS will and HE will give it unto you.

Wow! I have depression, anxiety, alot of medical/ physical obstacles going on. And gained weight. So I find myself saying negative things. I'm soo fat,I love what you said,The Devil hates himself. the words you say over and over become the voice in your head. don’t give the demonic the ammunition they need to throw at you. they prey first and foremost on what is already there, and they amplify it. Give them nothing to use. God bless

And if we`d be to take a Christianity as a religion, then no soul be saved for real and Christ either died in vain or not at all -- that is a lie, stating that Christianity is a religion and not a reality is a lie.

I grew up in a 96 percent Catholic country and all my cousins either joined the priesthood or the military. Our tiny isolated no-electricity village had ingrained in their folklore that at night demons would hang out in some old-growth tree areas. One of my cousins decided to take the Exorcism Training in The Church. True or fiction, I still finding intriguing and awesome.

I used to think these entities were like comic book supervillains, as perfect adversaries to the heroes, but the more I research the more I realize they are like children with a wounded heart, tormenting the weak in anger. They are not cool, they are not too smart, they dont have a plan as far as I can tell. The war between good and evil is not balanced at all.
There is no war of good vs evil even on this planet that is full of negativity the good far outweighs the evil in power. Yeah they are weak, very weak, they need the good to feed of. So they are like parasites, they need the good to sustain them. Evil dark energy is like friction, its part of existence but far cry from it being balanced with good light energy as you said.

My friend, I am sorry to tell you that you are grossly wrong on that assertion. They do not have wounded hearts but nefariously wicked hearts, they do not torment the weak in anger, they torment because they enjoy and love it, they are super smart, in fact one of them is probably smarter than a 1000 of us humans put together. They have a vey well thought out plan and are unravelling and implementing their plans as we speak.

I agree with the above comment. However, demons are much, much more intelligent than “1000 people”. While they cannot read our minds, they remember every choice we’ve ever made and can send specific temptations tailor made to our weaknesses. And they never sleep. Ever. They use every minute of every day of every year to plan how to tempt us into sin. Because they are pure spirit, they have no bodily needs. They cannot die but will exist with their hatred for all eternity. Do not underestimate the powers of Evil. However, remember the victory has already been won by our Lord Jesus through His Death and Resurrection. If we stay faithful to Him, though we will suffer on this earth we will rejoice with Him forever in heaven.
When people do say, "I hate myself," maybe sometimes it's because of an unseen influence by a demon. Perhaps they are jealous of our relationship with God, so they want us to feel what they feel.

Wow, that was really interesting and not what I was expecting. I also wasn’t expecting a golden moment of self help when discussing such a topic with the end. “Don’t hate yourself! That’s what demons do!”
As one who has been permitted to see demons allowing manifestation of them by the Holy Spirit, this was a great learning curve for me. I was Catholic my first twenty years, went into the world for 20 years, and I have been born again for 30 years, now. I study the demonic realm and have since a new believer in Christ. I live in a prior Freemason Home. (husbands family lake house). The demons wanted me out, but after 7 years of battle, through scripture and respect, I got them to move out. I moved from the bible belt NC, into the most spiritually dark neighborhood I have ever experienced in my life and I have been all over the country. Freemasonry is big in this area of Michigan. I have been hissed at, sworn at, growled at, tripped, pushed, my name called, knocking on my kitchen counter, etc. I've been attacked but protected by the Holy Spirit.

This is interesting. From a rough childhood I had several, now integrated, personality fragments in me. What bound them together was mostly fear of different things. Situations, conditions, victimization. All of these parts I could care for and therefore reintegrate them, took quite the amount of therapy. All except one, which was just a seething voice of pure self hatred, that until today I could not reintegrate. I could not protect it or care for it. And after some years after therapy it was still there and I naturally called it: Demon.
What I found works wonders is to just tell it to shut the fuck up and try to orient myself more towards Christ. Pray. Still not good at it, I will probably never become a good christian, but I can feel the difference he makes. Still. To someone like me.
There is no such thing as a “good” Christian, just a Christian.
Your no worse or better than any of them.

I see. Self hatred for my self exposure to pornography made me hate myself. Because as a male I've never felt what it truly feels to love. Female on the literal sense and specification to mate with a female and create children with her together and love unconditionally yet still conditional because of course we are were humans however we don't have to be malevolent! Indeed it makes me cry that I could've probably stopped sooner I'm 21 thank God I will stop judging others for not preaching Christ Jesus and do it myself the last situation I need is for me to be Virgin any longer what I need is Jesus. I asked a good friend this question once " Why can't God forgive the Devil and provide love towards Demons and Devils , Just like He loves and forgives us ? His answer was that those relationships in the spiritual realsm are incomprehensible .
I've seen one and they look just like those alien pics you see everywhere. Egg shaped head, big black bug eyes, persy little mouth and long skinny neck. They do talk just like the movie demons so the fact that they can make pictures that look like them and imitate their voices means they have known about them and are in contact with them. They do have the ability to possess people. If you aren't afraid of them they actually get butt hurt over it.

I've seen a photo of one just like that. I told the lady who was being haunted, these live in fear. I pity them. Offer it help with prayer and Yeshua. She was so happy to hear that. God is Love. They cut themselves off from their source of Love. I believe that God wants us all back.
Demons are purely spiritual, not physical beings. They don't have a set 'look'. They can make themselves look like anything. Remember how Jesus warned Satan would come as an angel of light. Many ppl involved in the occult get fooled in this way...demons appearing as loving beings (eg 'spirit guides'), only to reveal their real nature later on. My fiancé was actually physically attacked by a demon which made itself look exactly like me! It even did my voice. It started asking him questions & he answered, thinking it was me. Then it attacked him. Thankfully he reacted proactively, crying out in his heart to God. This made it lose it's grip (& it also changed into a black mist). He could then cry out 'Jesus help', & the demon disappeared. He has never been attacked like that again. The lack of fear helps 😉

How could Lucifer in all his splendor and enlightenment make such an everlasting choice, to oppose his will to God's and rebel, thinking that he somehow could come out ahead if he knew the consequences? Did he lose his angelical mind somehow?
It doesn't make sense for an angel of his stature to even think in those terms, yet he did. It's so hard to imagine. I mean, he was created by God too. 😢 Why was there even a possibility for him to be capable of making such an erroneous choice and falling?

But then that would've been a foul move from God's part which rules out that possibility.
Idk, part of me wishes for the devil to come around and repent, even if it's by God's command.
After all, if God allows Satan to operate as a spiritual weight on humanity for it to grow spiritual muscle, or even as a punishing tool, Satan does have a purifying role although unintentional and twisted.
And if we are supposed to forgive each other's wrongdoings, God's power of forgiveness is at level beyond imagination. Isn't evil supposed to be repaid with good?

Sure, it would be brutal for Satan and his following in their current state, but what if it means crushed as in the destruction of Satan's power without implying his spiritual being being destroyed?

@@mana7412 Yes, the questions , yours are but a few I wish to ask God about, I think the answers to some are right in front of us but we are still like children fumbling around in the dark.
In my own mind, I think God has tried time and again to bring Satan back into the fold, but Satan feels he is tight and for some reason refuses to adhere to rules, We do know from what we read that Satan wanted dominion over the earth , which God wasnt having any part of.
I think in many ways Satan is like a rebellious bratty child who was willing to stop short of nothing to get his way, which was foolish on his part, God didnt even have to bother with Satan, he just ordered Michael to stop him, and he did.
I myself had an NDE several years back, and God and Jesus both were so awesome considering I dont feel like I had lived my life as well as I could have.
I was given a tour of Heaven, met all the angels and also shown Hell, Satan is angry, more than just angry , from what I saw as God stood by my side Satan was insanely furious, Not only with God, but for God to dare bring a human to view him like a caged animal in a zoo, I dont know who wrote parts of the bible, but who ever wrote that we should not fear Satan had clearly never been in his presence.
While there I was given all the answers, but had to return, a mistake had been made, and that knowledge was taken away. Funny part about it was God told me that he and Jesus and everyone in Heaven would be waiting my return, which was reassuring but has only left me wondering what my purpose down here truly is,.
It´s all a bunch of mythology turned into reality somehow. Demons and spirits are real but the Bible is basically mythology. God is real though. Jesus and His mother Mary are real. God is a giant good Orb, not an angry old man in the sky. Something like that. Everything is so strange and doesn´t make sense. However, evil is very real in this world.

Demons also had free will & used that to choose their own way whilst they were in Heaven. What about human souls when we return to heaven, will we retain our free will or not? If yes will we also be able to sin? if not why not?
Because God will not tolerate sin in His kingdom. His house. His rules. I knew a guy who refused to let anybody smoke pot in his home. His young brother-in-law (a high school punk at the time) was caught. They left for awhile and they smelled it in the basement. Or whatever. He got kicked out for a very, very, long time last I heard. His house. His rules. Wife's brother or not.
Of course we will have free will. And satan will not be there, trying to get us to sin. There is no sin in Heaven.
Carbon is a part of our flesh make up, it carries the number 666 in science. Heaven, is not flesh, so no urge to sin? As no flesh.
After seeing the results of sin on earth (damages you at the end of the day) why would anyone want to have flesh again to repeat the same learning?

My entire family is still Catholic because we said the rosary together after dinner each night with my parents. A rosary takes close to 15 minutes, depending on those praying. With this in mind, how many can be said daily even in unison with other tasks?
I've never been able to say the rosary in under 25 minutes. I've had other people tell me they do it in 15 and any time I've tried, it felt like I was rushing.

This is the first "definition" I have ever heard for a demon. Question, if they were created with absolute knowledge of life, their mission, and full knowledge of the loving God - it seems almost unbelievable they would chose against their task.

Lucifer/satan was not happy with being one of the highest ranking angels. So, he tried to make himself be like God. God had to cast him out of Heaven before he ruined it. And the fallen angels/demons were just as foolish as satan thinking they would be higher ranking by going along with him. But, God cast them all out of Heaven. And they hate us because we were created higher than them, as children of God.

This verse sums up the deadliest of all sins, PRIDE. Pride is choosing yourself over God, doing your will instead of His. Pride is the sin Satan, then Lucifer, was most guilty of. That is what the fallen angels did. They saw what God wanted, His will, plans, everything, but because of their pride, they chose their OWN desire (which is to be equal to God, obviously not possible but that shows you just how greedy and selfish they are), and so they rejected everything that has to do with God, including His “beautiful plan”.
Have you ever interacted with a narcissist? Imagine the pride and selfishness he has, now multiply that by a hundredfold. That’s probably Satan.
