I find it interesting how these old Sailor tracks get uploaded just now. Its not just this one, I find that many were uploaded this or last year. Sailor was my favorite band during my teenage years in the late 1970 and early 1980 years. This particular song, together with Melancholy, is one of my favorites. The whole LP is great.
I am proud to say that I was one of the 88 US soldiers to face up to 1500 Russians at CP Charlie on October 27, 1961. This was the Panzer Confrontation that was the only direct Russian v American tank and infantry during the Cold War. I was part of the Documentary Seconds to a New War whch is on U Tube.
Ah those memories, especially as I was in the Merchant Navy at the time. Unfortunately the album is not available on iTunes, so it’s back to the old vinyl with this one.
So ein Komponist gibt es nicht ein zweites Mal George Kajanus von Sailor Die hätten noch mehr Erfolg verdient gehabt !!!!!❤
What a faithful song! Thanks to Sailer, thanks to Georg! Stay well and best wishes😊

My favourite track on this album is 'Keep Off The Streets..' this is a close 2nd.
Lovely song and like most of Sailor's output and Georg Kajanus' talent hugely under rated.
