Just did one of these, you don’t actually have to take the fan off for anyone lazy like me. It also helps to have a barring tool to turn the engine both forwards and backwards (also helps to find TDC if you break the cam timing pin). Solid video 👍
I see this done all over and have to wonder why they don't just put a piece of cardboard or something between the fan and Rad. Just a simple thing to insure you don't trash that radiator.. I'm guilty of not doing it myself,
You should have 1 long wire which goes to the soleniod on the side at the bottom which is the KSB unit. Then there should be 2 shorter wires which go to the shutdown soleniod on the top of the pump head which the injector lines fit to.
