It's a standard European plug. You can get an adaptor from Poundland lol. I think you got a decent deal!.the collection of odds and sods have some kind of value. I think the output power on those calibrates to the SWR. Try a better twig. And you got a nice karcher box!!
when you use it on 13.8 volt you need the use the pl plug thats stuck on the car adapter, only then you get full power,i had this radio and you can only use it for 2 hours with regulair transmit and i agree the stock antenne sucks
If you end up with a refund, buy two baofeng UV5R’s, they are £20-£25 each, you can use on PMR frequencies @ 4w , people will say anything more than 0.4w on 446mhz is illegal, but hey so is doing 45mph in a 40, enjoy your radio 👍
To be fair (and by compete coincidence my first purchase was on March 1st 2016 - 6 years ago yesterday) I have never had any problems when buying from eBay. I suppose it is just the lack f the draw.
try a SDR on your PC and tune it to 27mhz. you can use old USB TV sticks with SDR sharp it will only receive, but you can at least know your radio is transmitting :0!
Due to eBay’s policy’s… you could literally smash it up,send it back(at sellers cost) and still receive a full refund. I’ve had this sorta thing happen to me. Just thought I’d let you know,if your unhappy with your purchase. 🙂
So I’d recommend you request to return though eBay, due to faulty product. The buyer has to accept it otherwise eBay holds his money and he never receives it And when you send it back (at sellers cost) you get your money back-happy days- As for the seller they get a mark on his account for being ignorant and not describing product properly and has the faulty product back.
I have 2 of them one 40 Ch and one 80 Ch you need the little white plug for UK use very nice radios you will have loads of fun with it mate
The big aerial looks like a car aerial without the mount and coax. That's probably why there is a cigarette plug and so239 socket

Check tomorrows video out to see how a new antenna work :)
Use a BNC to SO239 and try it on your homebase antenna. Could be the standard antenna’s faulty.
Did you try a base antenna or a dummy load on it see if it keeps power up
