Hey, yep thats exactly how it works for clothing, nice. Dont forget to put the head clothing with the highest wind protection on the left too by the way. Also you only care about wind protection and damage reduction for that. So if you have a 1c temperarure and 6c wind protection clothing, then a 6c temperature and a 4c wind protection clothing, put the first on the outside and the second one inside.
Depending on what difficulty you're playing on once you have crafted and are wearing the wolf skin coat it has a chance of scaring wolves away when they sense you. Merry Christmas! When you are cooking the different cook times is because one steak is bigger than the other. Now why on earth someone would cook a steak for 45 minutes is beyond me lol.
@firesonggamer they are all the same size except for the last one taken. If you get 5 from an animal 4 will be the same size and the 5th will be whatever was left to take. You can tell by looking at the calories of each steak. Good luck survivor 😁
Good day FireSong, I can't remember fully but i thought at one time you had in your inventory a pair of the red long John's.. im pretty sure they are better than the blue one's , at least use to be. Yes the moose are a tough predator as well. I believe it is too be that they dont "bleed out" you have to take them down with damage. That could have changed.. the moose pelt will give you access to the moose satchel which increases carry capacity, always a bonus. One can be found in Hush River Valley, at a mysterious signal fire. But you are super far away from it and it would take a trek .. and possible some knowledge of the route to take. I'm not sure how much prior info you are wanting before ruining the experience. There's also a tactical backpack which is just as good and will stack with moose satchel.. is much closer but still a journey. Its in Ash canyon in the gold mine. It can be reach via timberwolf mountain . Ash canyon can be tough if you've never been there so if you get some prior knowledge before going, as per usual is up to you. One other thing, certain fish when cooked will yeild oil for tourches and what what not so, the more you know;) Much love
Thank you!! I heard a long time ago that there was a backpack in Ash Canyon but never went looking until recently. I did a blind exploration run of Ash Canyon while I was sick and not feeling like recording. I did it on Pilgrim cause it seemed like a tough region. I got lost and went around and around for days! I finally got to the overlook above the gold mine but I had no clue about rope anchors at the time, so I left the mountain. I got lost some more. It was horrifying. I had to camp outdoors most nights and eat cattails to survive.
Yeah . I feel ya .. ash canyon can fir sure be super dangerous . Early on when the map came out. I seen a video that was about as short as you can go to get there. There are 2 ways in from timberwolf mountain. If you look for a map of the areas it will help ( I know there's a whole blind thing and wanting to earn / learn yourself, I respect that but this isn't 7days). Anyhow, the southern access by a bear cave on left and a wing on the right there's a pathway way that leads down, at the T intersection go right.. follow along to cave. Come out of cave into ash canyon.. head out into the silent hill burnt area and stay to the left.. hug tight, walk under a suspension bridge and continue. It will veer towards the right. And turn into a tight canyon. Very narrow for a bit. You will run into a cave that you can rest up and regain all the lost things.. Then when you leave the cave bust to the right and when it opens up stay to the right.. few hundred yards out will open up to an even larger area. Stay to the left and you will see 2 large possible pathways, kinda head for the right one. Both kinda go to the same place keep heading on and it will hook to the right .. continue on the area tightens up and kinda hug to the left.. you'll see a rope and possible moose area . There are like 3 ropes to climb so have coffee or energy drink . Take naps .. They are long ropes so don't be afraid to rest on the ledges part way up, get close to the ledge and look for the prompt. Anyways as you get up the ropes kinda stay to the middle and you'll see a thing that looks like a hoist of sorts and when you look down you'll see the cave. I believe you stated you may of gotten there. Climb on down to the cave get your rewards. If you continue on thru the cave it will be a one way exit dumping you off in the middle of all the ropes you climbed earlier then you can just make your way back out of ash the way you came.. And continue on your way . Cause for now the extra backpack space is bitching.. And this is easier and closer than the signal fire satchel. Which can be a bit treacherous. It's a very unforgiven area. Hope this helps if you decide you need more junk in the trunk, lol
@firesonggamer I truly love this game.. and I believe we spoke before about viewer ship and what not. I was happy to hear you played off camera and decided to come back. As you get more and more comfortable and learn the ways so to speak out gets even better. So hopefully you'll keep having series about it as you go. Your an intelligent woman that has logic, which isn't very common. And the softness of your tone and your giggle is peaceful and calming. So thank you for being truly girly:) meant with no disrespect, so please don't take it as such
Thank you about your comment on being an intelligent woman. I can be a little silly at times, but I really am just here to have a little fun, laugh at myself and enjoy the games I play. Thank you for enjoying my content.
@firesonggamer Nothing wrong with being shy, FireSong. And it's a nice trait to be able to not always take oneself so serious. You seem to be quite fun and I'm sure the family, husband/bf all enjoy your sparkling company ;)
Awww, not spikes for the moose. Someone please inform he devs that with a pot it is similar time to cook one potato as five potatoes. 😑
Thanks!! Yes, wish I could cook five potatoes in the pot. That would be so so nice! :)
You could have called this episode "the Great Escape!" Fun episode, just a little bump in the road at the end. Merry Christmas!😁😃
Thanks! That's a great title, I changed it. Just for you! :)
Well that went from 0 - 100 real quick.. Good example of fight or flight. You did what you had to do for sure..noice
Thank you.
W00T! Merry loooong Christmas 😂
Woot! Merry Christmas!!

Oh? The steaks are different sizes? I didn't realize that. Makes sense for the different cook times. Thanks for the tip.
