You have helped me understand how the chips work and give so much useful information! Appreciate you always getting right to the subject and not wasting viewers time too. Thanks so much!
Congrats on the purchase of the wide format printer. Oh yeah, btw the chips work fine. We have a few left in stock for purchase. theblanksspot.com/products/812-refillable-ink-cartridge-with-chips-without-chips-chips-only
Can u use any sublimation ink with the Epson WF 7210. All ink I see does not list it as a compatible printer? Also, your videos are so informative. Thank you so much.
Yes you can use any ink that is formulated for an Epson Printer. You're in luck! We sell ink as well...theblanksspot.com/products/the-blanks-spot-sublimation-ink
I see this was made a few months ago, do they have a reset chip now? I have looked online and seen a few for the 812 cartridges. Can you let me know if they have one.
Thank you for the video, the 7310 are all out of stock.. however I ordered the WF-7840 what do you think about that printer for sublimation? It reuses the same ink cartridge as the WF-7310.
Great Day, for the WF 7820, WF 7820 and the WF 7310 there is no refill cartridge that has a resettable chip. Therefore every time the printer is reading the ink is out you will have to replace the chip. A chip resetter will not work on this printer. We do have the chips available in-stock on our website if you are interested.
So I kinda feel stupid asking this but I’ve been pondering over this printer but have held back because of the chip thing. How does the chip know when the cartridge is empty? Like if you use your cartridge and fill it up, after halfway point, let’s say, couldn’t you get just keep the cartridge filled to trick the chip?
This an older video so please take some time to watch updated videos on the 7310, 7820, & 7840. You’re absolutely right! You should be able to convert to chipless, however, even if you were able to install a CISS on your printer, you would still have to replace the chips when the ink gets low because the chips are not resettable. Not our design but Epson’s design.
@@theblanksspot with all due respect love please allow the correction I have this printer converted it to chipless and haven’t had any problems with repurchasing chips! Only ink! My printer doesn’t read chips anymore

Ever find the answer out?
Epson replaced my 7210 with this printer. I was looking for a video to help me with it.
How is it working for you, they are also replacing my printer after the 6 7210 they have sent me.
Is the 7840 like the 7310 with the chips? Or can I just purchase that reset button? Thank you for your help!
Unfortunately there is no resettable option for the 7310, 7820, or 7840
@@theblanksspot thank you all your help!!
@@amberspiker-marston1750 You’re welcome
Yes I have both. I put my refillable cartridges from my 7820 epson into my 7310 printer and it works

You actually wouldn’t reset the chip because the printer then becomes chipless it will no longer read a chip check out ink chip lol @@theblanksspot
@@thebestoftheboyers9116 I understand what it means. It's just not possible with this model printer.
