I complained about a female student using the male dressing rooms during a theater club performance. I have been retaliated against for this since March. I can't afford a lawyer and the school knows it. I am a 4.0 student at a prestigious university and am 34 years old and homeless living at anchor on a boat but get my butt up everyday and go work hard and stand up for myself.

I reported her to HR and HR said "oh, so you're a republican?" I said I'm neither I'm just trying to feel comfortable at this school. The same person who I complained about being in the dressing room accused me a month later of touching them interoperability. The school ran with that and dropped my claim and I said this is retaliation... I was found not responsible for the claim against me and they slapped NCOs on everyone and swept it under the rug.
Idk what happened to my response where I detailed the situation but I had filed a Title IX claim for a female using the male dressing room in the theater club I was in. And was then kicked out of the theater club because of it. I continue to dispute this and it is why my school is trying to suspend me.

Bearing in mind that the bottom several percentage of 80’s students failed to pass their degree, I would suggest that around 80% of current attendants at university are not “clever” enough to be there compared to 80’s standards.

I complained about a female student using the male dressing rooms during a theater club performance. I have been retaliated against for this since March. I can't afford a lawyer and the school knows it. I am a 4.0 student at a prestigious university and am 34 years old and homeless living at anchor on a boat but get my butt up everyday and go work hard and stand up for myself.

@Sensibar007 In April when I asked about how the safe spaces act affected out private university the Title IX women said "fu** DeSantis" to me. I reported her to HR and HR said "oh, so you're a republican?" I said I'm neither I'm just trying to feel comfortable at this school. The same person who I complained about being in the dressing room accused me a month later of touching them interoperability. The school ran with that and dropped my claim and I said this is retaliation... I was found not responsible for the claim against me and they slapped NCOs on everyone and swept it under the rug.
Idk what happened to my response where I detailed the situation but I had filed a Title IX claim for a female using the male dressing room in the theater club I was in. And was then kicked out of the theater club because of it. I continue to dispute this and it is why my school is trying to suspend me.
