I was trying to get on the ramp at the Trenton and Glen Millar exit to go West on Tuesday and a Transport truck had both lanes blocked. l was hopping no one was flying off the exit and ran into the truck.
So all these drivers were exiting the highway using the on ramp? With no traffic control by police? Did they just decide they couldn’t wait any longer? I’m simply not clear which way the traffic is supposed to be going.
The police should be ticketing all the drivers that were going the wrong way up the ramp. Years ago when I was driving on the 401 in Mississauga, and people were doing the same thing. What they didn't know was that an OPP car was waiting for them at the other end. Being a diabetic doesn't give you the right to drive the wrong way up a ramp, then freak out on you because you asked a question. They all figured that they are above the law.
