    Great with conversation but the quality of appointment is 2/10.
    Not good training imo

    80/20 the customer speak 80% of the time and you as the salesman speak 20%

      How would that even work with solar? Most people have no idea how it works so you have to educate them

      There is a balance between letting them speak more and completely losing control of the conversation.
