Dan, I've been watching your videos and I'm impressed by the effort you are making to genuinely integrate into Quebec culture and to live fully in your chosen environment. Too many anglophones who've come to Montreal are content with only a superficial acquaintance with the local culture, treating it as an ambient background while they live in their english bubble. You have made good progress in your metaphorical journey. Continue to apply yourself and you will become more and more fluent. I ought to know, coming from the American Midwest about 1,000 kilometres south of Manitoba.
Continue bien 😄🙌
Dan, what I admire so much about you is that you aren’t afraid to try to speak a language. Many people (like me!) allow the fear of making mistakes to hold them back. Big thumbs up!!
We should all learn more than one language and your videos are an excellent proof of that. You're doing great.
Tu t'exprimes super bien!
Hey Dan, as an anglo who speaks French, from the west island where I could get by without speaking French ever, I think it is a great idea for you to do one of these a month.
Dan that was awesome!
I have no idea about what you were saying. I could barely recognize a few words that, kind of, resemble their equivalents in English and Spanish. Learning French is not that easy either but I've noticed you already master it and that's incredible to know. I wish I could understand you in another language. Hope you're doing great. See you next time. 😊
"Faire du velo" was the term you were looking for, I believe. I just moved to Montreal in October and have been taking the government funded French classes and was so excited that I understood pretty much everything you were saying!
Enjoyed this. No clue what you were saying because im from the UK and we only speak,.well English. Giod luck with it Dan, love your thoughts and insights 👏👍
UA-cam Algorithm won’t be confused this way. By the way, I'm a French speaker living in Vancouver for a couple of years. My journey to learn English looks like yours; it’s not easy, but as Acadians like to say: “Lache pas la patate!”

Bravo Dan. Tu es mon anglo préféré.❤
You’re the man. Keep going.

Pillow talk remains the best place to practice! LOL
I find it much more easier to understand french from english speakers for some reason,. Bon vidéo Dan, j'adore tes chaînes!!
Tu as fait beaucoup de progrès. Bravo.
Merci! Y faut pratiquer.
❤ bonne continuation
You're making a great and steady effort. Keep it up! You might also enjoy learning Italian. I loved learning French and Italian.

Tres bien Monsieur Dan ;)
Tibo in shape, squeezie , cyprien .
UA-cam Algorithm won’t be confused this way.
By the way, I'm a French speaker living in Vancouver for a couple of years. My journey to learn English looks like yours; it’s not easy, but as Acadians like to say: “Lache pas la patate!”
Gurky
I want to add, learn it then head off to the island of Reunion or Saint Martin is a bit closer. That would ve a cool video
You’re the man. Keep going. J’apprends avec toi.
Continue comme ça!
