My putting improved a couple of years ago, because I started trusting what I see the first time. What I use to do is over read the putt instead of trusting what I initially see.
One thing I found regarding speed is to shorten the width of stance if a very fast or short putt, and to widen it for a slow or long putt. When I take the putter back past my back foot I sometimes move (older stiffer body) so moving the back foot away (ball position always the same) allows an easier longer backstroke.
nice video.. agree on back swing equates to speed. couple years ago I started varying my stance width: close together for short and wider for longer. essentially, the club just passes my back foot. three putts are rare. curious on your thoughts?
Mr. Short Game Please help me out with this question. My brother always uses his club to fluff up his ball “almost like teeing it up “ on every hit what’s the legality of doing this.. maybe on one of your videos you can explain this to me. Thanks Clark

I have a system so I don’t pull the wrong wedge. I have different colors for different lofts. Might help some.
Mountains and oceans tug the ball???? What the heck are you talking about lol
I hope he is trolling us.
Seriously. I pay torrey weekly and do not believe that wives tale. Got a level to confirm
Matt wheres your Allan putter
You would have made them all
Ocean tugging the ball like you're tugging our chain.
2:10 hey!!!! Move the tee markers!!!
I use my feet to feel the break. It is much more reliable than relying on vision. Since I started doing this my putting has gotten much better.
Torrey North is mainly bent greens although poa is starting to invade like it always does
Tee boxes looking ROUGH. The rest of the course looks pretty good though.
