I am 75 and have been on TRT without a doctor's recommendation. For some reason, doctors will not recommend TRT even when it is low, primarily because of cardiac risks. Up until 14 years ago, I was in the gym six days a week, training as a professional athlete without drugs, only supplements. Suddenly, I experienced a cardiac event, not a stroke, not a heart attack. It turned out I had a congenital disability. My aorta valve was replaced, and a triple bypass was done. It didn't take me long before going to the gym again. My energy level and focus were deficient. I went to my doctor, got a blood test done, and found my T level was low; hence, I asked for TRT replacement therapy. As I stated, he would not prescribe TRT. Since then, I have moved to Thailand, and just in the last year, I began TRT and use a small amount, under 200ml a week, and have an abundance of energy and the libido of a young man.

Yes the benefits at TRT low levels over 60 is overwhelming IMO
Especially for guys that have been athletes at higher levels of competition
At 60, I moved as well to 100 mg per week for now
Impossible to get through the tough workouts and training I do without it
And I also find very little injury since starting it
      Great supplement for older athletes
But I do not condone any other meds other thanminor TRT

I spoke to my doctor about a Testosterone test, was looked at with a blank expression by Doctor....then told why?!??! Doctor insists your levels are fine only old people get low "T". Im 40 years. I get a Testosterone test myself..... my T was super low..... Doctor did his own test...... still super low. Did I get treatment..... Hell No! Its something that's not considered a priority........
My advice to all men is go private ..... and do your own homework, Dr dont know everything...... and in my experiments i was correct.

Maybe more important, maybe....we won't age and pay into the healthcare system that so many doctors rely on to pay their bills. : /

You have to go to hormone therapy clinics. Reg doctors just go by the standard numbers. Look into pellets.

@progamersplay4716 A large number of doctors are poorly educated/trained about men's hormonal health.
Fortunately, there is a rapidly growing portion of them who are learning that mens hormones are just as important and vastly differing as women's.
I'm 37 , and my test was just at 657 or so. A regular doctor wouldn't even look at me with those numbers, but come to find out, my test dropped over 230 points in a little over a year after having covid. My number shows I'm as healthy as an average 21 yr old, but my body was saying it felt like I was 60.
I've been on 100mg a week , and am finally starting to sleep, eat, have motivation, have sex drive, etc. My life was literally falling apart before I got the meds. I'm starting to actually feel human again right now after 3 weeks.

You say testosterone increases cardiovascular events without saying how much by. By 0.1% chance or 10x?

Factors like diet and lifestyle, weight etc would make a difference also.

Well it seems pretty obvious to me.
Those who suffered heart related issues, were possibly over doing it due to the increases in strength, libido and overall feelings of immortality.
Possibly even poor diet on account of feeling overly confident in their health.

Hey Doc: It's difficult listening to the ecco in your voice caused by the poor acoustics in the room you're in. Had to stop after a minute or so.

I started feeling a decline in my T levels at age 35. I am now age 40. I take natural supplements, like ashwhagandha, maca root, tonkat ali, ginseng. These all help, but they arent strong enough. Specially when it comes to sex drive , energy levels, & building muscle mass. I have may to consider TRT( Testosterone Replacement Therapy ) for the future.

Uptick in cardiovascular events is likely due to increased hematocrit impacting men already on the cusp of events. A coronary calcium scan along with a carotid intamedia scan should weed out high risk cardio candidates.

Thank you for posting this - it's now too easy to just but TRT online. However, since this video was made, several studies have found been carried out - if you're clinical like myself, you may find this of interest.
